Package was delivered in pieces, was going to refuse but because I had purchased insurance they said it would be easier to get reimbursement. DHL will not honor the insurance. When I Pressed I may have to take to small claims court, the claims division requested i dont contact them anymore and sent the address, no email or contact number, to legal department. DHL stands for Don't Honor, Laugh.

Went to pick up a box that only showed arrival, their Internet was down. But Jade put in the extra effort to go look for my box twice and found it after only 10 Minutes. Fantastic service she was very helpful and engaging. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dhl now charging the buyer tarrif charges when that should be the sellers responsiblity from the country their in to keep everything honest then its the buyers choice whether to price buy from that country. very shadey now!
