DICK'S Sporting Goods in Harrisburg is a go-to destination for sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. It carries a wide assortment of footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands. The knowledgeable, friendly, and caring staff provides great customer service, going above and beyond to help. They are eager to help find items, retrieve products from high shelves, and assist with specific requests like PennState apparel. Staff members offer helpful small services, such as pumping up a basketball. Checkout is fast and painless. However, stock was noted to be surprisingly low on one visit, with many shelves not filled with merchandise. Customers can find low prices online and pick up in store.
Jonestown Rd. Harrisburg store Cassy was excellent in assisting my daughter w/soccer cleats. Informative, knowledgeable, realistic advice pertaining to daughter’s needs w/ cleat selection (small foot) and shoe insert choices. Superb, natural gift of customer service!!!
