Went last night at 9:50 P.M. and doors were locked, hours say open till 10:00 P.M., so returned this morning at 8:30 A.M. and doors were still locked, and they open at 8:00 A.M. Had to call 3 times before getting through to someone to unlock the door. Was almost late to work cause of this.

Why did the checkout credit card screen changed? It doesn’t show the listed item(s), where you can see when being scanned. I like it so I can see if the coupons/discounts are being doscumented. Also the prices are different in store to the online app. Thankfully Kathy, took the prices that I showed her and applied it on my item(s).

Minus the long long longgggggg wait to checkout is one thing but the manager I have yet to ever see here( always understaffed) being a regular made the decision my coupons are invalid and the associate wouldn’t scan my manufacture coupon… I got them in the mail I ask how are they invalid what comes up? They Won’t even scan my coupon? Again I don’t see how a coupon isn’t real and got no help… can’t trust them seems like they were told to not take certain coupons…the GOOD ones - they’ll scan a save a Penny coupon all the time but don’t try to save a couple dollars from a coupon….customer service and apparently managers service isn’t up to par, 2024 and stores have nothing in stock ever and it’s dg to thank- it’s not even good prices anymore as my final note go to THE STORE DOWN THE STREET and save time and money!:)
Also last side piece note is why do y’all even have a self checkout machine if the associate has to ring 9.99999/10 up on it anyway…

I bought a soda along with a few other things in 1/2/2023 tried calling the store to see if it was left there and I got no one after trying to call 8 times!!! Very mad won’t shop there again… store was also trashy!!!

I carried a purse that looks like a small bookbag to carry my wallet, the manager didn't allow me to carry it around the store and asked me to leave it in the front of the store until I am done shopping. That is very stupid and unprofessional. Won't be returning back.

I waited 40 minutes as the next customer to be waited on in line, the manager was Moe concerned to prove he knew more than the customer checking out stating in the 2 1/2 years he has been with the company 5 discounts don't come off in less you total is $25.00. In the mean time no attempt was maid to open a second register for me who was next and the 7 other guest waiting to be rang up. From 7:15 to 7:55 I put my Ginger Ail back and cut my time lost. Never again I give up on this location.
