I recently visited Dollar Tree at union square unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of the cashiers. Instead of providing courteous service, she was rude and made me feel unwelcome with her attitude.
Customer service should be a priority in any store, but this interaction left me feeling disrespected. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with kindness and professionalism.
I’ve always appreciated Dollar Tree for its affordability and convenience, but an experience like this makes me hesitant to return. I encourage the store to improve staff training to create a more welcoming shopping environment for everyone.

It meets my needs for in and out things. Some stores are a mess floor wise, very untidy.

Right now the store is supposed to be open, but they are not. The doors are locked, no one is around, and now it's 9:25 am, on Sunday, July 14th.

Smaller selection/less variety than many Dollar Tree. Shelves not stocked. Pleasant employees.

Decent location overall - it was well stocked, the staff were respectful and friendly, and they had a good selection of seasonal products. It's fairly comparable to other Dollar Tree locations.I only gave it 4 stars because it was a little messy and there were boxes of merchandise and clutter throughout the store. Other than that, it's a good location.

This dollar tree is a disaster. Very messy with little respect for the appearance of the business nor the condition of the products.The one “cute” thing is the dog toy used as a help bell.

I can't believe how BAD dollar tree had come down too. This place is a dump. Everything unorganized literally a HUGE DUMP.

A lot of variety of items. A lot of summer signs, glasses, cups, graduation frames. A good amount of food items. Soda and other drinks. A Great store to shop at !!

It is disorganized, they do not frequently reload the merchandise on the shelves, little cleaning, I will open the store very late and they close earlier than other stores in the same branch. in my opinion it is a disaster.
