I am here to enjoy a cup of coffee and it seems like you are at a dance hall. The radio is blasting and I can't even hear myself think. The staff does seem to care. Run your Dunkin like a business. This is a place of business not a corner store.

Worst Dunkin experience ever. Placed order at counter (2 coffees, one black dark roast, one dark roast with cream) and then waited as 3 or 4 people came in with lengthy donut orders. Guess I looked peaved because the counter person finally flagged down someone from the back room to fill my order. Drove away and realized we had one regular roast with cream and one regular roast with cream and.sugar. Would have gone back, but time did not permit. Maybe you'll do better.

Anytime I go to this location I always get great service, today I ordered through uber eats. I called to see if the had a certain item in another flavor the lady I spoke with said yes I told her I was placing an order and it doesn't give me the option for the the other one, that when the order comes in if I could have the other option she said yes. I just got my order and everything was perfect. Thank you so much. ( I even had a straw for my iced coffee)

2nd time money was stole from me..I'm a daily customer of this Dunkin Donuts today I went to order my daily $2.75 coffee and $16.77 was taking off my card. I call an ask for manager an explained what happened an was told to come in. Employees called me a liar and told me they called the police on me. I asked the employee name twice she refused to give it to me. Also insulting me by saying "can't I read" with her back to me.Also refusing to give me corporate or manager number.After waiting becuz I was told a manager will be there in 15 minutes then turned to a hour.I ended up getting manager number thinking as a loyal customer he will be understanding. The manager told me he's off work come tomorrow showing no compassion for the issue. And hung up. I called back and basically begged this guy to listen. His stands stayed the same.I felt like a victim with no options. And I refuse to be that.

Best thing was the store was clean! Donuts were not fresh has to go back in and get fresh donuts. People were slow. Sorry to say.

I truly don’t understand why this location has such a high rating. All the employees are so rude and completely ignorant. On Wednesdays, customers are supposed to be able to get a free classic donut with a drink purchase. After ordering my drink, I asked for the donut. One employee that’s standing next to the cashier rudely says “what’s a classic donut”, even though there are pamphlets all around the store that say free classic donut with any drink purchase. The cashier then tells me I have to place my order through the app in order to get the free donut, and refuses to give me the donut otherwise. The terms and conditions are “offer valid for Dunkin rewards members who order ahead in the Dunkin app, scan their Dunkin rewards ID at checkout or pay with an enrolled Dunkin card”. I scanned my app, but left without a donut. Called customer service and they are addressing the issue. Never stopping at this location again. Also, FYI,this location does not have a drive-thru.

Ordered one time on line and then tried to go in the store one time.I felt very uncomfortable going in here, the vibe was a bunch of kids just making it look like they were working. I asked for some extra creamer in my coffee and they were very condescending about it.It's a coffee / donut shop. I would not expect any of these kids to know how to make a drink off the top of their heads since they won't last very long here.
