I have owned 4 VW’s since I’ve turned 16. I have had every one serviced, or repaired by Paul. He is absolutely the best in the business hands down. He is always able to get me in quickly, troubleshoot any issues I have, and get me out the door for a fair price. They are very honest and have never once tried to take advantage of me, or sell me something I didn’t need. I appreciate a business that operates that way. It is very rare to find that these days. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. Use European Imports Center for all of your Euro car needs ! Thanks guys !

Took my Audi wagon in to have it looked over and fixed as needed based on their recommendations. They were friendly however I was told that the parts system was down. They were unable to quote an estimate upon pickup and would call me back once it was available. I called back a week or more later after no response and was told they hadn't quoted my work yet because they lost my folder. They told me they'd get back to me. Another week went by with no response. I called back in and was told they'd call me back and have never heard from them. Really disappointing and frustrating. They were highly recommend by multiple people. If they didn't want to do the work I would've appreciated them being honest and telling me that was the case.
