Had an unusual situation where I thought I no longer needed my storage unit, so I cleaned it out and then realized I needed to keep it. So, I rented another unit, realized it was too small and they allowed me to transfer to a larger unit. It was super quick and painless. Have nothing negative to say about Extra Space Storage. Everyone I have spoken to was super nice and very accomodating.

From start to finish this was one of the easiest parts of my moving experience. Easy to sign up on the site Extra Space Storage and rent a storage unit on line. Got a call from the manager at the Linglestown road Harrisburg PA Extra Space storage facility the next day. Answered any and all questions and provided his contact information. Arrived with my moving truck a few days later and he personally showed me to the storage munit- it was clean, well lit, accurately described. Steve walked me through the hours of when s as manager is on site annd the 24 hour access at Extra Space Storage and gate process. Very thorough. He checked in throughout the move in process to see if I needed any assistance etc. highly recommend Extra space storage.

Awesome renting experience. After reserving our storage space online, Steve had called to ensure that the space we selected would be sufficient for our needs. I was able to stop in and visually inspect the space, and he also showed me how to use the locks that are provided and gave great customer service. Would recommend.
