I just wanted to express the pleasant trip I had the other day! I came in, unsure of what type of shoe I was looking for, and got amazing inspiration from Leneah and Danielle! I couldn’t have felt more confident in my purchase. I wanted to say thank you very much again for all your help!

I recently visited the store in search of shoes and encountered an unfortunate incident. Upon entering, I noticed the back door was open and a restroom accessible. Assuming it was for customers, I entered, only to be confronted by an employee named Linee with red hair and glasses. To my surprise, she screamed and pointed out an "Employees Only" sign I couldn't see because the door was wide open.I apologized, but Linee continued to express her displeasure in front of other customers, making the situation uncomfortable. Even after explaining the open door, her customer service skills were lacking. When I asked for her name, she refused to engage and walked out the store, and the manager observed without intervening until I pressed for their names.While the manager assured me that the issue would be addressed, the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of awareness regarding the open door and Linee's confrontational behavior made me feel unwelcome. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement in customer service and communication within the store.

Lousy selection& not much of a deal. Staff was concerned w phones & also got major attitudes.

Excellent help from Laura. I walked in, she immediately greeted me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I explained I needed flats for a family gathering today, that I probably wouldn't wear them again. This angel of a woman jumped into action and helped me find a pair on clearance. Y'all need to give Laura a big raise!

Not much of a selection that I want but it ok for the most part. The location is convenient.And the prices are ok considering the selection,I just thought the prices would be a bit more competitive.

Wow! Not only did I get a great deal on new pair of kayaking shoes, but the woman who checked me out was AMAZING! She was friendly, funny and helpful. I'll be back!
