I give this bank 5 stars because of the Assistant Branch Manager Aditya Raj , he is very professional when it comes to my banking needs he listens to very carefully, answers all my questions and makes sure I’m satisfied in what I’m getting done at the bank. He always greets and welcomes us at the bank always accepts walk ins anytime thanks for your excellent service.

I received a refund check from a local business drawn off of this bank… They wanted $10 to cash the check to get my refund money, what the heck is going on with that that’s almost as bad as M & T Bank with their percentage plus a fee. And then to top it off when I asked if it would be free to cash if I opened a checking account the guy says yeah but we were just wanna make sure that you’re not gonna open up an account just to cash the check.What the heck do you think I’m gonna open the account for duh … To make it even more insulting they couldn’t even consider a new account until noon. It’s 9 o’clock in the morning.. First national really of Pennsylvania.

Went in on Saturday. Tellers were friendly and welcomingBranch "manager" was less than friendly and wasn't even cordial after i opened a new account. Gone are the days or Commerce or Metro customer service. I guess i asked too much of him. Not even a thanks or have a nice day. Great Job tellers, boo to the officer on duty!

I was on my way to the bank. I give them a call to ask what time you close to saying 5 o'clock. I get there before 5 o'clock. Couple minutes door is close people inside the bank see me you do not care no good customer service

Made my target account hacked, FNB debit card number was used to purchase an apple watch. FNB, target, and the police were notified 2 days before package was delivered, or charge finalized. It's now been over a month, and the explanation I keep getting is we have 90 days. This is a bank I've always been in good standing with, and deposited over 100,000 in my checking last year. Word of warning, move your money, can't imagine if i would have had a real issue.

Litterllally the slowest bank I have ever been to in my life. I have been sitting behind 2 cars in the drive through for over 20 minutes. This isn't a one time thing either. It is literally every single time I have to take my parents there for a transaction. Do not recommend at all and wish the place would go under...

Greg Apgar at the Allentown Blvd location is amazing. He provides excellent customer service and is very communicative. I highly recommend Greg for personal banking and small business banking needs.

Was way better at customer service when it was commerce or metro. They claim to be customer service oriented, but they reduced the hours dramatically. They used to be open late and opened earlier, also open every day of the week. Now, they're like every other bank. Also, they used to have coin counting machines in the lobby. It was great. Now, they just give you wrappers, and you have to sit around and wrap them on your own time. They are not customer service oriented, they are the opposite. It's not good enough to just say it. They need to act on it. Becoming first national bank is the worst thing to happen to them.

If I could give a half star I would. I've been with this bank for approx. 25yrs., through all of the changes & I've never before witnessed such a MASSIVE DECLINE in every aspect of quality & customer service! An overdraft fee although I made a deposit the very SAME DAY of the payment withdrawal that caused the deficit. ATM fees?... Now, even when you're lucky enough to find a 'public' ATM that doesn't charge a fee, FNB will charge one anyway just because it's not one of theirs. I could go on but, my frustration has already peaked. I suggest Members 1st. That's the change I'll be making.

Their Saturday hours are virtually nonexistent. Why be open for a mere three hours? Really why bother?
