Mrs.Maria T. Roman’s customer service was impeccable. She was kind, informative, and professional. She really went above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions. I have been with FNB for five years, this is by far the best experience I have ever had. She is a real asset to FNB! Thank you Maria!

Have belonged to this bank since Commerce and only used this branch. The service is pitiful. This is by far the worst bank / branch in central pa. Was given misinformation by a manager at this location that caused a lock on a check deposited and a previous one over one month ago. Customer service was no help. Over 3000 dollars was now tied up in a checking account that auto pays out bills. Took 5 days to resolve , a letter to the bbb and about 25 calls ... told us the problem was with the company the check was issued from only to come to find out it was the banks fault and this whole situation was created by a manager who gave us wrong steps to follow. Have already started the process to transfer all our accounts out of there. On a side note we have had to use the branch on Linglestown Road till everything is transferred out and they seem to be much more competent.

At this place you’re just another number. Worst lending application experience ever. I purchased my home with a lower income and lower credit score than I have now and they sent me a letter in the mail with poor reasoning. They never returned my calls or tried to work through what was missing. I am self employed and work as much or as little as I want based on my financial need. Thank you but no thank you, I don’t need business that won’t be personal. I could’ve invested a lot of money with your company in the future with my inheritance but you surely won’t be getting any of it, good luck and I don’t recommend anyone to go through this bank for a home equity loan.

I have been a member since it was Commerce Bank back in 1999. The service has gone way down hill and recently, after keeping a small balance for emergencies in my checking, there was an issue where PayPal pulled money from the wrong bank account and immediately put it back. I called FNB and they said since I was a member of the branch for so long they would waive the 37$ overdraft. I have been out if town and in the mail I received the day I got back was a letter threatening to close my account if I don't pay the now 63$ that my account has overreacted so far. These people are the worst, try Fulton Bank they have never changed their name and have been around for as long as I can remember.

Have been dealing with FNB for a good bit now and I don't like it. I had one woman on the phone yelling at me because I didn't understand why my account was over drafted $40 when they had taken out $2.00 because I still did paper billing. Only reason I'm still with FNB is because I'm not sure where else to go. .

Terrible service since they took over Metro, higher fees fewer hours and today was the last straw. I made a deposit and the teller entered it wrong and caused my account to appear overdrawn by $1200. I could not access MY MONEY while they corrected their mistake and the bank manager needs to learn some customer service skills.

Have been dealing with FNB for a good bit now and I don't like it. Only reason I'm still with FNB is because I'm not sure where else to go. . Added: This specific location is where I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS. Customer service is AWFUL, it feels like a bank. Metro didn't feel like a bank, it felt like a second home. I'm sad to see that my money is in the hands of some backwards company. I will be calling BBB to report my findings
