So I thought I would share my experience with owner operators with one truck like me. I go in there and I ask for the cheapest tire Cause I had a blowout. It was kind of my fault for not asking what it would cost to put a tire and a mudflap on. I got out of there with $700 for a recap and a mudflap . Again, somewhat my fault, but if a customer comes in asking about the cheapest tire, you were to think that we care about the labor. I could have put the mudflap myself instead of paying $100 and it doesn’t take an hour to put a Mudflap. But I will give them this Nice people. I guess I’m used to TA and loves that they have a flat fee to put a tire on. Lesson learned. And yes, the labor was posted as it is everywhere else I just assume wrong.

My engine blew on route 81 S. Fleet Pride towed me out of a dangerous situation. I live quite a distance away and they (Kyle) have been very kind and helpful while dealing with the logistics of cleaning out the vehicle and scrapping it. I would say they are professional and dependable and I highly recommend their services.

I can't say enough about the service my husband and I received when we had a tire issue with our 5th wheel while traveling south. Everyone was courteous, respectful and professional . We were greeted by a gentleman and I didn't get his name when we first arrived followed by Sean and Sam who were very knowledgeable and kind and made a very negative situation positive its people like this that help restore my faith. Again thank you.

Well first off the guys were awesome. I was down for 9 days. My engine brakes came apart while driving on I71 here in Harrisburg PA. Pulled off to the TA and there shop was right here. Thought i dropped an injector but once opened up it was the engine brakes. Now they have never seen nor have i this style brake. Somewhere down the line the OEM had been taken off and the bullshit was put on. I did some research and found 3 a complete set and bought them. brought them back. Ralph was shocked that i even found them more less all 3 with matching numbers. i have a cat 3406e and parts are a dying bread. But i got to know the guys here and they all seem to be like a family. They have been in the business a while. They originally said Monday or Tuesday but they knew i had been here 9 days already. They went beyond and Ralph called asked me did i rent my car to go home yet. I said on the way to the airport to get it now. He said drop all that. I'm getting you out of here today. I said ok. You have been here to long and with your family you need to make some money before the holidays. So i would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. Sometimes it's not about the price but it's about what you can do to for a person. Thanks to all who works there and all the ones who worked on getting me out. Thanks
