Great experience! Josh came through big time. I was looking for a lot of very hard to get options and he was able to find a Jeep that had everything I asked for. It’s been almost a month and we absolutely love our Wrangler!!!!

Drove here all the way from New York and the service was absolutely worth it. The associate Gavyn was exceptional, and such a great help in choosing the vehicle that was right for me within my price range. Excellent service and a wide range of vehicles available for purchase. I would make the drive out again in the future for my vehicle needs! Thank you Gavyn and Heritage CDJR!!

This place is a joke. They screwed up all my paperwork. I am looking at paying fees for the MVA and insurance company. One person reached out to let me know the paperwork was wrong but couldn’t fix it. I then spent a week multiple time a day reaching out to the dealership but was told a manger or adviser needed to help me. All I got was voicemails with no return phone calls. I have spent over $300 from their mistake and I don’t even have it fixed yet. IF I am lucky enough to even get the title for my vehicle, it won’t be for 2 months. This is my 5th vehicle purchase with them in 10 years. Never again will I give them my business. I recommend staying away from this place.

Mr. Sidney Ruth is an amazing salesmen. Very personable, kind, and doesn’t push you. He helps makes the buying process smooth, as quick as possible and is very straight forward. This is the second car I bought from him and will never go to anyone else!

I went in not knowing what I wanted to come out with but Zac being my salesman, my experience was great! I wasn’t sure if I was even going to leave with something under my name and I did. He was super helpful and patient with me. I’m satisfied with the service this team provided for me and definitely look forward to coming back.

This place is a joke! Made an appointment on Fri for Tuesday afternoon drop off. Explained what needed done. Was under the impression that since I'm dropping off my vehicle night before, it'd be worked in the morning (was told 7.30am). By mid afternoon someone had at least some decency to call me and infofm me that.... My vehicle hadn't been even looked at yet because of the walk-ins!!! Are you kidding me?!?! So what's the point of making appointment??? After being pushy, they did the preliminary inspection to confirm what I had initially requested to be repaired. They ordered parts but because it was already late in the day, the delivery would take longer. (Strike 2!). The following day I received a phone call apologizing the wrong part was ordered. The correct one didn't have ETA. By then I was DONE! They had my car for 3 days and the only thing they did is to get on my nerves. NEVER GOING THERE BACK! If I could, I'd give them 0 stars review. Worst experience ever. Beware of this place as it's a complete waste ot time...

I was very displeased with the service. There was lack of communication with what all was going on with my car. I had to get my car towed into them. When they called to see what was going on they didn't relay the info to the tech and person who was handling my car. Then dealt with one rep who wasn't very helpful. Then next day he wasn't working there all of a sudden. I did get to work with I believe his name was Jeff he was nice and helpful. But in end they didn't fix all issues that I had asked. My car is still not right. Won't be taking my car back there.

I need help understanding how my vehicle can pass state inspection and then only a day laterNeed a new engine according to the repair shop?I took my vehicle to heritage to get a battery and alternator replacement along with a new sensor and a new state inspection. I asked them to give the vehicle a thorough inspection just so I could have a piece of mind for my potential future plans with the vehicle.I also asked 2 people in the sales department (at various times) if they could also inspect the vehicle because I was debating on selling the vehicle and wanted to get a solid valuation for pricing purposes. For some reason neither of the two guys I spoke to was able to get that done within a 30 day time frame. The day comes, they finally get the vehicle back to me. I picked the vehicle up and drove home and parked it in front of my door. Later that night I took a drive and about 25 minutes into my drive the car cut off on highway 81. With no power I had to coast to the side of the road in the middle of rush hour traffic. At the point of getting the car back i'm about roughly $3000 into it in repairs, a good 90% of that cost is labor and the rest is parts. So at this point I get a tow and take it back to heritage after hours. I leave the vehicle and the keys in the drop box along with a written message to call me first thing in the morning. They called me the next morning to confirm they have the car and they would take a second look at the vehicle. After waiting two weeks with no updates, I called to check the status of the vehicle only to find out that now they are saying it's the engine and that it's going to be $13,000.I feel ripped off, because the cost of the parts to fix the problem was pennies on the dollar, and the total labor charge was out of this world. And after paying that, I'm still without a vehicle.Plus How can they have my vehicle for that long of a time and still not notice anything that would suggest a potential engine issue, and now they are saying I have an engine issue after they recently passed the vehicle for state inspection.I kinda feel like the shop guys saw a potential problem and told the sales guys not to bother with it. Then fix it up just enough to get me out the door, knowing that I would be back. I'm not saying that's what happened but I'm upset with the service and the results.

7.5 weeks waiting for car to be serviced, overcharged considerably, then half the list wasn't done. Now 2 weeks later check engine light is flashing and the service dept. has ignored attempts to contact for a week. Maybe buy but don't service here ever. I know I won't again! And now you respond that I'm lying ppl beware do not use these crooks period

Your experience here largely depends on who you are working with. Initially a few months back I was working with Josh and I was very uncomfortable with the interactions we had and it was extremely disorganized. Fast forward to now, I worked with Diego and had an AMAZING experience. I didn’t feel pressured and he helped educate me on financing without making me feel stupid. I recommend him over and over. I’m in love with my car!

Don't get your car serviced here!!! My last visit I asked for oil change and tire rotation. When my car was done, they never rotated my tires. (I marked my tires). The tech who serviced my car came out to apologize. He said he forgot to complete the rotation. He did one side, but not the other. Wrong type of tire rotation for my type of tires. (Not directional tires). He also said "Tires only need to be rotated when tires start to show signs of wear." That's so not true. Heritage needs to hire competent techs. If you do go to them, mark your tires. I've had other concerns, this put me over the edge.

Don’t ever go to this dealership they are a bunch of liars!!! When I bought my car I was told my car had a minor accident which was a paint touch up, I recently tried to trade my car in to another dealer when I found out when I was told my car was previously in a head on collision which I was never told about and brought the value of my car down. I had also told heritage to replace all four tires at the time of purchase and they refused, so now I’m stuck paying $800 for tires which I shouldn’t have too. Beware of this dealership they will try to scam you. I will not be a returning customer and I will be in contact with a lawyer at which my car has been in their garage for the 3rd time for the same issue which is a lemon!!

Let’s start off by saying it was a fantastic experience. The salesman was new he was three months in the game. Give you a little background on myself I am a professional negotiator for life stock, so I just wanna apologize. It was pretty hard on the salesman. So we came in there for 2023 grand Cherokee, which they ended up getting from another store. They were able to maximize the amount of rebates that I was able to receive and was able to accommodate me with some accessories. Except one that was not honored and I did not make a big deal about it because it’s only $60 everything was flawless. I never really purchased anything additional items but they were able to give me a vehicle protection spray for a little less than cost so I opted in. This was the second time purchasing from the mile one auto group. These guys are amazing. They really know how to treat a customer, even if they make it look like they’re on the losing end. I don’t want to drop any names, but if he reads this review, he’s gonna know who he was amazing just little bit more time in this field, and he will have major success. Take a breather, Mr. S. I think I really made him work for his money, but overall phenomenal experience. I would’ve gave him a five star rating but unfortunately due to one of the promises that we’re not honor I’ll give them 4 ⭐️ but I will be seeing them in three years Thanks a lot gentlemen.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Have had nothing but issues since buying our 2023 Jeep. Absolutely no customer service! No one will ever call you back. Can’t even drive our brand new Jeep because of mistakes made on paperwork and no one cares to fix it or call you back! Will never buy from here again!
