Had two horrible experiences with Heritage Toyota Harrisburg.1) Bought a new Highlander there. Was lied to about what came with upgraded audio package by sales team (wasted $1000). In their defense (??), they were not even of what they were selling. After vehicle was purchased, they admitted they did not know what they were selling and that they unintentionally misled me. After 10+ phone calls between corporate and Heritage, they agreed to give me a $250 account credit after acknowledging that the $1000 audio package was just a few worthless subscription services, and no hardware upgrades.2) Wife SCHEDULED routine maintenance to use the $250 voucher. Oil change and inspection took 2 hrs (usually 30-45 minutes). She was told they were understaffed AFTER. No one came out to tell her work was done - had to go ask about. This time did not include the routine maintenance that was due but was not completed/offered.Will stick with Lancaster Toyota.

I would encourage you to choose another Toyota dealer.I purchased a new Sienna. Completed the sale. Went to the bathroom and when I came back was told everything I needed was all in the vehicle. Got home (an hour away) and realized I was not provided ANY of my paperwork. Not even my temporary registration card to legally be able to drive the car. It's now been 3 days and I still don't have the paperwork despite 10+ calls/emails to the dealership and being told it would be sent via overnight mail. Was told by Daniel that the temp reg form can't be sent via email. Was told by Sebastian that I don't need the form to legally drive the car. A majority of my time spent purchasing the car was declining additional film coats, paint protection, leather protection, extended warranties, etc. Annoying but can be overlooked if the job they needed to do was actually done right.We all make mistakes. It's how we respond to mistakes that defines our character. Their lackluster response and seeming indifference makes it an easy choice to not return to this dealership in the future.

Good experience overall. They gave me the best trade value out of every other offer I received. My only disappointment was that they would not budge on the price of the vehicle that I was interested in, but the offer for my trade-in was very good and made up for that.

All of the staff were very kind. Muhammad Khan was especially helpful with assisting me finding my dream vehicle at the right price! He made sure I got the price that was comfortable for me. He made the car buying experience fun and less stressful! I will recommend to anyone!

One of the few honest Toyota dealerships! No fake market adjustment mark-ups or the forced add-ons to new vehicles like the many others! Just bought my second vehicle from them in less than 2 years. My salesman Gary is a great guy. Super chill, down to earth etc., and he made everything stress free. Felt more like sitting down chatting with a friend rather than buying a car. This place is always action packed with customers but I never felt like I was being rushed or persuaded to buy. All pricing was clearly explained and printed on paper for me to review. They offer you many protection plans and services when you get in the finance office. Again all the plans and services are explained in detail by Adam, with pricing shown, but I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything that I didn’t want, and was able to purchase just the coverages I did want. They will be my first choice dealer when I am ready to trade up in a few years. I highly recommend this place, and ask for Gary!

I have never in 25 years of purchasing vehicles had such a horrible experience. No support structure for new hires to help them to be successful. Several, "requirements " to waste time and spend more of your money. Dropped the ball with paperwork that cost unnecessary time off work. It was such an awful experience I will never be back to this establishment and encourage others to genuinely consider your other options.

I called the other day and was transferred to a service representative. No one answered the phone, which was fine, and I left a voicemail with my name and phone number. I waited 24 hours and did not receive a return phone call. So I called again, and a member of the parts' department answered the phone and I told him I have a question about my warranty. He then transferred me to the finance department, no one answered and I left another voicemail. I waited another 4 hours and didn't hear back. Frustrated, I called Faulkner Toyota, was transferred to a service rep, and this time I was able to speak with an actual person. Spoke with a gentleman named Randy, who was very nice, and I asked him when my Toyota warranty expires. He just asked for my VIN, and in less than a minute he told me the date I needed. Such a simple thing, I still haven't been called back, and so apparently we will be Faulkner Toyota customers in the future.

Would give 0 star if I could. Nothing good whatsoever to say about my buying experience at Heritage. Sales guy said they would match my offer of trade in- they didn’t- I spent 4 and a half hrs there after work! 4 1/2Hours to buy a used car- never new the price till 30 minutes before I left. Truck was never inspected, serviced, cleaned or anything when I got it. Woke up the next morning to a crack across windshield. After being there 4 1/2 hrs you just want to get the hell out of there - I kick myself every day for not walking out of there and buying from Heritage. Worst Toyota experience- and I have owned many in my life -

It was a pleasure to work with this dealer. I hunted far and wide to find a GR Corolla at a good price. I was worked withHugo Angulo and he was absolutely fantastic. As a car enthusiast it was a breath of fresh air to work with a sales representative that actually appreciated the car for what it was and knew why it was so special.I can't recommend Hugo and the Heritage Toyota family enough. A+ all the way!

Unfortunately negative 5 isn’t an option! This dealership is unbelievable. I had contacted their sales department on 08/31/2023 in regarding to a vehicle on their website, the gentleman (Bryan) told me he could hold the car until Saturday if I had submitted a credit application and was approved… I got a call from Quinn, a saleswoman telling me I was approved, but needed to come in tonight as they don’t hold cars… she stated she would get a manager involved to try to hold the car, that’s where Pete comes into play. He sold the car from out under me after running my credit under false pretenses and was cocky about it. I have filed a report of fraud against the dealership, I strongly do not advise anyone to purchase anything from them. They sent my credit profile to 10 banks only to not hold a car for 2 days after promising to do so… I can’t believe their level of unprofessionalism… it’s truly astounding with the level of arrogance I have encountered with my interactions at this dealership. I strongly recommend Faulkner, they are a breeze to deal with!

Called and asked if a particular vehicle was on the lot. Salesperson said yes and confirmed the vehicle. Sales manager called us -again confirmed. We drove over 100 miles to get there. Sales manager called a second time to confirm our arrival time and was told they'd have it parked out front waiting for us. We arrived only to be told vehicle was NOT on the lot and was actually .5 miles away from our home. A completeWaste of our time and truly the worst possible customer service. Will NEVER be back
