I had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding she was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find this level of attention and care these days.

Employees use deceptive language in order to get incentives on signing people up for unnecessary programs. Beware as they will not explicitly ask if you’d like to sign up or if you’re okay with an extra charge, which is fully illegal under PA Unfair Trade and Consumer Protections Law.
