The Goodwill Store & Donation Center is a standard location in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It is a smaller Goodwill with a restroom and changing rooms. The inside is orderly and clean. The store is well-stocked, though some feel it is not very well-stocked and does not carry as many "hard goods" as other locations. Organization can be time-consuming; items are organized by color rather than item type, and clothing is not grouped by size, making it difficult to find specific things. Some smaller hard good items are found unpriced. The staff is generally nice, with specific staff members noted for showing excellent, super awesome customer service and going above and beyond. However, other customer service experiences can be disappointing, with staff appearing short-handed at the donation drop-off and showing indifference when handling untagged items. The store has a color of the day discount. As a thrift store, it can be disappointing for resellers and some customers, who may find very little new between visits and may not plan on returning.
Dont sit around grab a friend and head to the Goodwill to buy something or to donate an item or two. Nice staff good prices and you help people with Disabilities secure independence
