Today my daughter bought a ceramic turkey with a lid and the lid was tapped to the bottom. Upon removing the tape, underneath the tape, not visible with the tape on, was a huge crack. I understand no returns but really?? You tape over a defect and call that honest??? They wouldn't take it back or offer a trade. They got this turkey for free but so stingy that they sell a cracked ceramic which they covered up with tape? Boo!! If I could have given less than one star I would have. I will not be back!!!

Stopped at this location passing thru town, huge home section with some cool items and prices overall were awesome.

I used to stop here quite a lot but the last few times, I was refused sales due to tags not being on the items. I don’t have this issue at any other Goodwill. I was buying several of the same items, and all were priced the same. Its incredibly frustrating when I want to buy items but I’m not able to.

If there is no tag, they will not sell an item. I found an item I wanted without a tag, knowing they couldn’t sell it I brought it up for the cashier so they could tag it and eventually put it out again (not for me but for the next person). He said “can’t sll it” yes, but you should tag it so someone else could buy it. He took it and literally tossed it in a bin (it was a pot). Felt like “whatever”. A small Goodwill with restroom, changing rooms.

Sign says GREEN tags 50 % off , found great deals HOWEVER! Although the store is well stocked it is time consuming to search thru the sizes of clothing. Would be great if the sizes could be grouped.
