recently called in to order some parts and have them ready for pickup. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. She took her time, never rushed me, and was very patient while I explained what I needed. It is rare these days to get that level of customer service and I truly appreciated how attentive and kind she was. Excellent experience and I will definitely continue to use Grainger for my supply needs.

We needed the product ASAP, Grainger had it for online order and ready for pickup in less than two days. Pricing was good and quite honestly our only option, so no complaints there. Easy pick up at the supply store in suburban Harrisburg. Friendly staff and in and out in less than two minutes. Perfect.

Called in looking for a home Hvac condenser fan motor for an older unit. The gentleman from the call center was extremely helpful, cross referencing motors and even asked me to jump on their website and gave me each part number so I could see a picture of the motor to make sure it was what I needed. He then checked my local store who didn’t have one, offered to have it next day by 8am for me. We found one in the Baltimore area store and he placed the order and put it on hold for me. After almost 30 minutes on the phone with me, this was a great experience and what Custer service should be. Thank you!!
