Bathroom is filthy blood in the toilet, messy room floor is dirt and stained. Night crew were decent folks, the morning crew (behind the desk) were not at all decent, the sweet lady Doan, is absolutely amazing she was friendly kind helpful smiling and breakfast was nicely set up and delicious. What upsets me I called at 4 am 5 am no one answered my call down stairs so I went down stairs and told them I was calling down stairs 2 times and the answer I got was ''Yeah'' this fellow was sitting in the dark on his cellphone just trying to find out what time breakfast was because i forgot and this fellow didn't even come to the desk to speak he stayed in the dark room Creepy!! Another thing i am upset about is I was quoted 84 dollars for one night on my Sisters friends and family she worked for years as a GM in Hampton in To area and I was charged 135 total. I am leaving a review because of the shape this place we experienced and I also don't understand why I was quoted one thing and had to pay another. Pretty angry right now. Hope that this place will get cleaned up and I hope that next time they will honor what quote was given to me. I also hope they don't do this to other people ever!!!
Rooms: Filthy the entire room and bathroom especially the floor in the room and the toilet in the bathroom had blood and poop in the toilet bowl
Noteworthy details: The overnight crew did not do a good job it was filthy when we came in and it was loud there were pizza boxes all over the place and the trash was over flowing with pizza boxes all the trash cans were full with trash as well. The buggies were kept in peoples rooms so we got to use one of them when we came in to bring our things in but this morning not one buggy was there so we had to carry our things in to the fourth floor with a bit of help from elevator. This morning was not at all busy so I don't see why 4 buggies would not be available. The best experience durning the whole situation is Do an and breakfast.

A bit pricey but it's not bad with breakfast included and it runs until 10, so you have time to relax. Service was good and the rooms were decent except for the bathrooms.
They to upgrade all the toilets in the whole building. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with my stay, and would come back again. A very relaxing stay with almost no stress.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights for a youth sports event nearby. At the first glans the hotel looks nice and offers a lot of amenities, but almost everything is either broken or about to break and requires major makeover. Our room had a big stain on the carpet, the AC unit had yellow stains all over it but it worked fine, which is more important. Our backs started to ache after the second night as the mattresses are not comfortable. The shower appliances in our room were all shaky and about to fall off, couple of hooks on the bathroom wall were missing. There was a constant shortage of large towels in the hotel. The room service was by request only and only included taking the trash and wet towels out of the room, no cleaning or re-stocking. The pool was very dirty, the gym equipment was mostly broken. On the positive note, complementary breakfast was a plus as there is absolutely nothing around, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is probably ok for a quick overnight stay, but there are too many inconveniences to deal with if you plan to stay longer .

Hotel seemed to be recently updated. Beds were super comfy! Rooms very clean! Needed something printed the next morning and staff was happy to help. Location was a tad tough to find at night. But overall, it was a good hotel stay!

Our go to in Harrisburg. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past several years. It was remodeled a couple of years ago and it is always very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurant choices in the area. (Harvest Seasonal Grill is our favorite.) This time the breakfast selection was not as good as it has been in the past, but cleanliness is always my top priority.

Although the staff was lovely and the rooms were clean there was a horrible smell from the nearby sewer plant that made our stay pretty much unbearable until it subsided the following day.

The first room smelled of cigarettes.
My husband and I ask to change a different room. The second room has mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. It is the lower floor with chlorine pool smells. ? we're soo disappointed .

Our stay was a wonderful experience. Our entire travel baseball team stayed and had a great time. All employees were wonderful, especially Nathan. Nathan got our team's spirit pumped up and made sure the kids and adults were having a great time. Out of all the hotels we have stayed at this season, this was our best time. Thank you, can't wait for next season's stay here

(1) The Hampton suite was booked for two guests but was furnished with just one chair. Are we supposed to sit on each other's lap? (2) The mid-room desk (room 203) has no lighting, i.e., zero! No hanging ceiling fixture (like in the web site pictures), and no desk lamp of any kind. So no work can be done at the desk. None! (3) There's a sofa, but no ottoman, again as shown in the promotional pictures...so no way to rest one's feet. (4) There's no folding luggage rack, which would normally be tucked into the closet for guest use. So we had to lay the suitcase on the floor, not great when you're "of a certain age." (5) Promotional photos show a lamp and small table at each end of the sofa, suitable for two guest to sit and read. Not here! The room has one light, and one table, at one end of the sofa. At the other end, where does a guest put down a glass, or a book? Check out the web site photos to see what SHOULD be there. Those are the major problems, although a few others arose.

My family and I stayed for two nights in April 2024. We would have given 5 stars all around except for a staff member at the breakfast buffet named “Tam Tam.” She was irritable, angry, and repeatedly condescending and rude to people getting their breakfast items. She yelled at my son to “get out of the way” and did the same thing to multiple other children. I know it was busy and she was probably overwhelmed, but a simple “excuse me” would have sufficed. One mom came up to my husband and I to express her disbelief, stating “did I really just hear that?” in regard to the employee berating her son for spilling syrup. My husband spoke with the manager who did seem to address it which was good, but it left a bad taste in our mouths for this hotel. Otherwise, property was clean and close to Hershey Park.
