Completely inept staff member by the name of Ynnette. Checked in for my appointment on time and I could clearly hear her gossiping to another person in the back regarding their church and pastor. This went on for 15 minutes.
When she finally calls my name, she claims I missed my appointment time. I informed her that I checked in within the time slot and that she was speaking to another person for the past 20 minutes. She then tells me I cannot complete my appointment because I missed my slot.

Had an appointment at 9:15 on a Saturday, drove 2 hours to the location and no one was there. This is extremely unprofessional and if I could give zero stars I would!

Horrible nasty receptionist. Super long wait times even if you have an appointment. The attitude of this woman at the desk was horrible, literally the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to in my life.
Edit: Okay it turns out this lady is the only one running the building. She's the phelobimist and the receptionist, and the computer worker. I understand that she might be stressed but jeez, this lady had my blood pressure spiked.

Awful experience. Did a walk in just like my practitioner told me to get my glucose test done. There were 6 people in the room and I got there at 10:30 and the lady claimed she was busy for the rest of the day and refused to do my test. Said she closed at 12:30 then when I said I thought they were open till 3:00 then she said oh yeah they are but she’s busy till then. Literally drove over an hour to get here and they do that. Terrible service! Don’t accept any type of walk in appointments if you’ll refuse service when we get there! It’s a shame to the people who drive far and you screw up their day. The bad reviews on this page are legit. Go elsewhere if you can. The labcorp in other areas are WAY better!

What a joke of a place nasty receptionist. Called me a liar by saying I didn't call their office as I stand there and recall the same number and can hear the phone ringing. Just do your job and answer the phone laziness is rampant!

Never answer calls and don’t communicate well with what you’re going in for. Only ever have 1 person working so you’re waiting forever.

This place has the rudest staff of anyplace I’ve ever been. I was told my wait would be awhile and I’d be seen at the end of the day, even though I had an appointment that I arrived early to. When I asked why, I was told it’s because I’m a walk-in. When I tried to explain that I had an appointment, she told me she didn’t have time for this and walked away. Prior to that, she spent 20 minutes laughing and joking with some other guy that just let himself in to chit-chat while the waiting room was full. This place is a joke, and I hope they fire the staff that couldn’t care less about anyone else but herself. ?
