I called into this company in regards to a tow. I had thought this was the company that Good Sam's set up for the tow but I was wrong. I'm leaving them with a 5 star review because they were very kind and apologetic to what I was going through and also provided me with the proper information to find out what was going on with my tow. I know they did not have to provide me with any information but I am thankful they did.

Good and honest place. He took me right away for my inspection I didn't have an appointment. I was supposed to go another place but I got the wrong address, but he was kind to fit me in.

If provided the option of no stars that would have been preferred. Brake line failed in RV and Good Sam called them to perform a mobile repair. This company was no way qualified to fix my RV. He advised he charges $150 per hour (min two hours because I broke down on Sunday). He advised I would have to bleed whole brake system and reset the ABS when the ABS never tripped and for that I would have to be towed to his shop and would not be looked at for two days. This guy does not even have a wrecker to tow my RV. Never showed up like he said he would then told Good Sam that I refused service. Company is not reputable nor reliable to perform work on RV. Good Sam needs to do a better job of screening its vendors. Good Sam also deserves the same rating at this point. I will be cancelling their service tomorrow if I get home. They continuously leave me stranded.
