I visited Lowe’s last week.
Needed some information about an item and fortunately was attended by Kee at the customer care. Suffice to say, I was impressed by her genuine willingness to help, cordiality & knowledge. Thank you so much Kee.

I went in for wood glue and came out with a Roku and clamps!!!! My salesman was the sweetest person I have ever encountered! It's a shame I can't remember his name but his face is adorable. So personable and one of the few workers in on a Sunday. He walked me to each and every item on my list and others!
The only reason this was not a 5 is because the wood glue should be near the wood section... DUH

I really like ordering online and picking it up from their lockers. Very convenient, especially if you have hard to find items to purchase.

Friendly and helpful staff, large and diverse products. Always seem to find the things I need. If you get their app, it will tell you exactly where an item is, which saves a lot of time.

I asked for help for an item in outdoor building supplies, the sales associate would acknowledge me and walk the opposite direction and when we finally got him to stop and acknowledge us, we asked for help, a radio call came in and he walked away without saying anything. The other associate didn't even offer his help, I looked at him and said "am I following him?" And they laughed and didn't affer any help. I am not happy with this visit or frankly any visit I have had at this location. That area of town is trashed and the people working there have no clue how to offer help in any way, shape, or form. Don't waste your time here. The Mechanicsburg store and York store are better and staffed better with more knowledgeable staff.

The experience we had with the customer service representative at this esteemed establishment was nothing short of exceptional.
Carlos assisted us, he demonstrated an impressive breadth of knowledge regarding the products offered, which greatly enhanced our shopping experience. Furthermore, his friendly demeanor and willingness to help made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.
In addition to the outstanding service we received, we were equally impressed with the quality of the products available. My husband and I are currently in the process of planning updates for our two bathrooms, and we are eager to take advantage of the remarkable selection this establishment has to offer. We are confident that we shall return in the near future to explore our options further.

The Lowe’s in Harrisburg Appliance Department were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me choose an emergency washer and dryer for an STR in Florida -and the delivery was made the next day !!

I like Lowes better than Home Depot because the store is better kept, the people are friendly and better price. For example I just got all my shopping done in less than 10 min.. Keep up the good work. 👍

It's your typical big box store. It is a great place to train your dog! They do not mind friendly well behaved dogs. We have been taking ours there to help with getting them exposed to new environments and people. Seen many people do the same.
