I feel that when I first joined them close to 20 years ago they were a real credit union but as they've grown and leadership changes have happened, they are more like a conventional than ever.

Went to this location to deposit money in my 2 grandkids account and to open a new one for my new grandson.The cashier clerk advise me that she wasn't train on how to set up at her register but would ask her manager that was right beside her at another register that knew how to set it up. The manager advise her that she couldn't do it but I could take a seat and someone else could help. I ask her why does the location at linglestown clerks are all train and are able to do it right on the spot. She looked all confused.The clerk still offer to take my deposit . I decline and advise them both will take it where I get great customer service and that will the one on linglestown road and left. That blonde with the glasses is a terrible manager if you want customers to keep coming to that location I recommend she might need training on customer service skills.

Horrible customer service I received regarding an overdraft because money as taken out erroneously.. company returned it .. so bank shoul remove any fee that dominoes my account to receive a fee they wouldn’t do that at the branch went home called customer service returned all fees to my accountAlso the Saturday til 2 bring them back aheesbuninly have one late night til six just trash the people hat get out at 6 and then u close Saturday at 12 Horrible

Don't deposit any large checks here if you are black! Regardless of proof they will hold your money for as long as they want releasing parts at a time. Appearances shouldn't matter and it does at this location. It's a poor business practice. Members 1st needs an audit of the diversity and inclusion policies. Training is definite needed from the Branch manager on down. Horrible! I'm closing my accounts.

This credit union is a discredit to the community. It has the worst service. Their people do not know what they are doing. It takes forever to reach them. And they are always making mistakes on my loan account. It is a horrible, horrible place to do business with. Do yourself A favor and find a real bank with competent workers.

Over draft for 20cents they charge me 54$ I think I still had 7 dollars on my card but they lied said I overdraft 20 cents

These alleged branch appointments are a joke. If you need access to your money good luck unless you need 10,000.I need a letter from Members 1st the customer service rep that I just interacted with was demeaning. She was kind enough to offer to close my account when I explained I needed a letter to have money sent to PSECU! Normally love Members 1st but how a company responds when there is an actual need for help is very telling. Guess you told me Stacey!
