One star cause bad customer service they didn't switch over our insurance when we up graded so now one of the phones got damaged and now I have to purchase the seme phone brand new cause of bad customer service.

I went in to look for a phone. The employee told me a certain phone would be $189 I pointed out the price which said the upgrade price is $89. She said I had to do an upgrade package which includes the phone taxes activation phone case and screen protector. I didn't want to purchase those items and she said if I didn't want them she would have to charge me retail which was $159 even though I qualified for the upgrade price of $89. I said I wanted to call cooperate and tell them they should not be forcing people to buy products when they show a price and say you can only get that price with buying the extras. She said they are all owned separately and this is the promotion the owner has for the store That location is very dishonest.

I went in here to buy my kids phones, something inexpensive because I mean...their kids??♀️ after I had went to boost and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for just the phones themselves. I walked in and all it took was telling the guy I needed 2 phones for 2 children and he immediately hooked me up with a phone, screen protector, and case for an awesome deal❤plus put them all together and have them to my kids ready to go I really wish I would have gotten all their names to give them all a HUGE shout. But it was Saturday March 20th between 3 and 5. 3 woman and one guy. If you was there then you know? The whole staff was awesome! Got me in and out in a short period of time and it was awesome talking with all of you while we waited. me and my kids thank you a ton!!!?awesome customer service.?????❤

They never answer the phone there supposed to be open at 9am and they don't answer the phone. Also l changed my plan to 50.00 and there adding to 40 plan. On the last day of my 40.00 plan. Insane

I bought a charger that they said can fit my phone but it don't fit i bought it back they start digging in the port thinking it was something wrong with the phone and just because the charger still works they refused to give me my money back when i asked and made excuses about it but they instead offered me something else i didn't need because they didn't want to give me my money back so im out of $20 and a charger that doesn't fit my phone! I have to spend more money somewhere else to get a charger that fits!

I love metro . But I could only give them 3 stars due to a worker putting a high security pw on my account w/o me knowing . Then to find out that after I paid my bill I couldn't do anything on my account unless I went 2 hrs away to a bigger store to get the security pw. Well I wasn't doing that refused to . Then to find out the only other way would be to cancel the old account and make a new one. Thanks to Mr Frank and his Co worker they did their best to get the phone I wanted and that I brought in on the new account with no issues. Now I'm fighting to get my money back from the old account that I paid the day b4. Not cool metro pc. But big ups to Mr Frank and his Co worker ..💙
