They are thieves. I went to pay for my cell phone and they put three tables in my name without my permission. Now they are charging me for what they stole. Terrible service. I would never come back. They are scammers. They have zero ratings on everything. Now I am going to complain and it is never open. Their company is a scam.

If I could give less than 100 stars I would do it. I was scammed there they told me that I was supposed to have a two-month free internet promotion and that I would only pay 20 a month when now I have already received the 55 bill for internet at home

I had a particularly bad experience with this store as I went in to purchase a protection plan for my device. The worker who was there told me that I had to dial customer service to purchase it. However, when I spoke with a customer service representative, I was told that only the store handles physical protection plans. So, I don't know which to believe.

I stopped in just to get information on an upgrade and the two ladies were very helpful I would definitely visit this location when I actually decide to upgrade my phones

Nothing good is that a change of company, the person charged me 73 dollars and when I check when I was due to pay I had to pay 44 the next day he only put 20 in the account and where were the other 53 and I am going to demand them because I work for my money so that someone comes to steal it

Having one associate no commissions and people trying to get bills paid and people need things handled oh whoever the owner is stop being cheap and hiring people for nights to u don loose money and i do not blame the man working he deserves a raise. And the owners u are owened by headquaters and u pay a percentage to have the company get people to work for you and if not gou own it you as a owner take responsibility and give the man a raise and compliment him holding your store togather. You are the type if owner u i would call and tell u listen to me i locked up seen how u cant find me help your issue your headache i am not a pawn i want more money and respectfully i am making you the most money and the person working did not let it bother him as a owner act like one and you are responsible for the issue thurs aug 24 and wave the fee

I like going to the harrisburger/cheese store. It is a smaller store and I think thats what makes it a good store you don't feel overwelmed like in a big store and all the people I've worked with there to pay my bill or use an up grade etc. Have always been nice and helpful.
