Having one associate no commissions and people trying to get bills paid and people need things handled oh whoever the owner is stop being cheap and hiring people for nights to u don loose money and i do not blame the man working he deserves a raise. And the owners u are owened by headquaters and u pay a percentage to have the company get people to work for you and if not gou own it you as a owner take responsibility and give the man a raise and compliment him holding your store togather. You are the type if owner u i would call and tell u listen to me i locked up seen how u cant find me help your issue your headache i am not a pawn i want more money and respectfully i am making you the most money and the person working did not let it bother him as a owner act like one and you are responsible for the issue thurs aug 24 and wave the fee

I like going to the harrisburger/cheese store. It is a smaller store and I think thats what makes it a good store you don't feel overwelmed like in a big store and all the people I've worked with there to pay my bill or use an up grade etc. Have always been nice and helpful.

They don't stand behind their product or Services when they have issues and they often have issues and then there Customer service lineCustomer service line is rude and unhelpful. And hangs up bc u want real answers and not a run around. Got go with Mint they're$30 amonth on the same network metro charges $65 for. Save some money and a headache just go with mint. Same coverage less lack of professionalism.

1/07/21.....Really enjoyed the time that Danny and Alicia gave us. Never had a better customer service interaction before today. From the phone call asking about a certain phone to the time we got there and left, absolutely wonderful service. Traveled an hour to get there and would definitely do it again. I will only speak with these two. If not at the East Mall, then on Grayson Rd I will go. Ty for your excellent knowledge and help. You two were great......

The staff was not friendly,and they used profanity twice while i waited to pay my phone bill.If there was a no star i would have givenvit.Very poor and non professional staff at that Paxton Street Store.!!!!
