As loyal customers to Metro for years if not decades, this store gave us by far THE worst cellular experience of our lives, leaving us scammed and robbed out of a couple hundred Dollars- anniversary gift before the holidays as well.Chances are they're likely going to respond to this review as if they were going to take it up to higher management; which we already have, only for them to make my elderly mother run around back and forth to not only the store , but to the corporate office for some reason as well. I don't know why they think anyone has the time or funds to do this, when their seller pretty much lied by omitting the supposed "non-refundable" policy, when we had ensured with him that we can take it back if we had any issues. We're pretty careful customers so we wouldn't have purchased it if we were told it was non refundable since I wasn't entirely sure which phone I had wanted to begin with . But the phone that I got was NOTHING like the one that I had wanted, and that's why I took it back. It's like everything they had said was a lie. We went back and this guy, Pedro, did not even blink or pick up any phone when we brought up we had an issue. We're not the type to go Karen on people simply doing their jobs, but this guy wouldn't even bother with the bare minimum. So then we had to sit on the phone with customer service in the pouring rain cuz he couldn't lift a finger to even acknowledge that we were there and wanting to resolve an issue. I don't know what's going on but here we are sitting with our grandfather in the hospital being called by some woman suddenly trying to interrogate us or something, talking about how she reviewed the cameras and somehow that's supposed to justify the fact they're not willing to do anything to remedy this case. What I want to know is why it is easier for them to send us on a wild goose chase and launch a whole "investigation" only to justify a lack of accountability, i feel as if it would've been easier to just give us our money back. We just want to get back to our lives, instead of sitting here having to write a review that apparently they like to rob and scam old ladies out of hundreds of dollars and continually call and harass us for trying to remedy the situation... Give us our money and our lives back, metro. We are already looking into other providers for the first time in 10-15 years because this was an unnecessary, over the top, and inexcusable way to treat your most loyal clients.

Went in trying to upgrade both mine and my boyfriend's phone and start a plan with them and the customer service was not good the guy did not seem to want to help and 3 people that went in before us didn't seem satisfied either not to mention there was a sign on the door that they would be closed for 10 minutes when they are only open 5 hours today to begin with

Great customer service. Greg was my sales representative. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me. Greg was very knowledgeable on all devices and explained everything in detail, giving me the options that best fit my needs. Greg was patient and wasn't pushy for me to purchase a device. There should be more representatives like Greg, the world would be a better place. I will always keep service with Metro because of the wonderful experience that I had with Greg!

Come to this location or at the Harrisburg mall!!!! NEVER EVER goto any stores in Lebanon or Cleona because they will lie and rip you off at those locations about you "having to buy accessories to get the actual price for a phone"!!!! Lebanon and Cleona are scam artists and should all be fired and shut down for corrupt business practices!!! Anyway Dominique was a huge help for me today and answering questions and being honest about answering questions about my bill and real true MetroPCS policies!!! Also she was very professional!! She deserves a raise!!

I went to this store yesterday the manager by the name of Jeff racially profiled me and discriminated against me...Soon as I walked in the store and said I hung up on him on the phone and refused me service.. When i never even talked to this man he singled me out soon as I walked in the store..All I was trying to do is return hotspot box that's doesn't work and customer care told me to return it to the store I brought the device but when I got there Jeff the manger @ 6301 Grayson Rd 130,a Harrisburg pa was very unprofessional and should never be allowed to work in customer care.. Cause he even went as far as calling the cops to lie and have me removed from the store cause I wanted a refund for the bad merchandise his store sold me..Then when I tried to report him I'm getting the ran around..so please I need help anyone with numbers so he can be reported..

Went there today. The boy was mean..rude and ignorant.He spoke do nasty. When I was trying to explain. He told me to get out of his store .he was calling the cops.I am a minister not no one mean. He needs fired nasty to begining to end. Horrible horrible.
