Should have listened to the reviews here but was hoping to get in and out for what I thought would be a simple scheduled appointment. Had an 11:20am appointment and arrived 10mins early. The nurse practitioner took a walk in ahead of me right at my scheduled appointment time, yet was sitting in her office with no patients for the entire 10 minutes up to my appointment. Had me do my initial intake in the middle of the waiting area despite two private rooms being open which makes absolutely no sense. In the middle of my appointment, actually had me wait yet again while she administered a vaccine to someone! I honestly could not believe the lack of service here, I’m not sure what the point of making an appointment was. I did not leave here until 12:40pm, so start to finish 1hr 30mins. Just go to urgent care and save yourself the trouble. I have been to two other minute clinics with no problems like this, but this location was terrible.

Luna was wonderful with our toddler! I was nervous to take our toddler to get a flu shot with anyone besides our pediatrician but they were booked out really far into flu season. I was able to schedule an appointment seamlessly through cvs online and minutes after checking in for our appointment we were seen. She was so kind, and patient with our toddler and answered all our questions. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would 100% schedule with her again and recommend her.

Jumoke Tolshe was one of the best nurses I have ever gotten. She was super patient with all of my crazy questions about insurance and potential side affects, and as I have shot anxiety, she gave me lots of choices to lay down or sit, which arm I wanted, and fast or count-down. In addition, she sat beside me while administering the shot, instead of above me, which made me feel comforted and safe. Her demeanor was so kind and sweet.Plus, I love the value and speed of Minute Clinic. My insurance has always paid them (leaving me with 0 bills) and I can schedule easily and quickly. Will always choose Minite Clinic and NP Tolashe if possible!!

Drove 60 miles to receive a simple travel vaccine as it was the closest location available. Arrived five minutes late to find out my appointment was cancelled. My wife was also turned away as the five minute block the online tool booked for us was apparently "not long enough" and the travel vaccine administration actually takes 30 minutes. We were told they were booked full for the day despite nearly every time block being available the night before, so there was nothing that we could do other than book a time on another day (and potentially face the same problem as the online booking doesn't know the length of appointment needed). The staff member we talked to seemed almost happy to be turning us away. I wouldn't recommend going to this, or any CVS minute clinic unless you're okay with not receiving the service you want with no notice.Update: We were able to get the vaccine the next day at a Walgreens with no issue. It was quick and easy :)

Do NOT come here for COVID test! Super unprofessional. It’s a waste of $$ and time. My husband and I will be going back to Hershey even though it is 1/2 hour drive. Here are the reasons- utterly confusing instructions.. the website said check in at the minute clinic. We showed up and were told to wait in the car. 20 min passed our appointments, no call (found another lady at the CVS telling me that she had been wandering around for 1.5 hour and not sure where to go). There were all kind of handwritten notes. One at the door saying do not check in via the computer that was sitting there when the computer was big and right at the center but the little paper sign was not.- improper testing technique and sampling.- infection control concern. For absolutely no good reasons, we were forced to get vitals taken. None of the devices or equipments use were cleaned in between patients. (So gross)- terrible workflow. I spent at least 1/2 hour filling out all info for the three of us when I registered online…. Only to have her take pics of all our info and re-entered them again.

Hardly ever staffed. Had two of my scheduled appointments canceled 1 hour before appointment. They never cleared out my vaccine from system after they canceled. Had to wait 30 min at another CVS until they decided when they wanted to clear it so I could get it at another location.

Called to see if they had J&J vaccine. Couldn’t get to real person, recording said best way to contact them was to text. I did, got a text back that they had received my text and would answer my question shortly. Finally drove 15 miles to their location only to find out the clinic is closed Mondays. Went back this morning, stood at the counter about 15 minutes, no human being to be seen. Finally someone walked by and asked what I needed. Told him I wanted the J&J, he said you have to go over to the pharmacy on other side of store. Went there and stood for about 10 minutes, finally pharmacists asked what I needed. Was told to go back over to clinic. I went back there and stood for 20 minutes, no one to be found. Left and sure as hell will never go back. Oh and still waiting for text message to answer my question. Costumer service sucks!

FYI whoever going to get Covid test done you will not get results on time. We all family of 4 gave test same time for travel requirements we got two results back and not have another two still waiting. I don’t know how we all four can travel together without results on time.

Walked in there with my child patient after I'd called to make sure about insurance and before ending the call let them know that I'm taking her right in--she's already missing school, and our insurance had just been in person rejected way out at upmc lingletown road after I'd been told by the upmc medical center where my family is a patient, to go. So as I'm checking in at the kiosk inside the clinic I'm asked what time I'd want the appointment. I answer I need it today, preferebly now. But it doesn't accept. The earliest it gives me is the following day in the afternoon. Meanwhile, one patient comes to check in. Up til then, we were the only ones there. When I get a hold of a medical staff I tell her what's going on. She lets me know quickly about the procedure of making appointments. Then she quickly comes to us to quickly take a look at my child's problem area stating that she'll need more medical attention than what had been given at home. Then she disappears. No \"Let me check if there are any cancellations after my current patient\". Not even a \" I'm sorry (I'm unable / can't assist you at this time ).

Always takes weeks to get test results back. Even when website says 3-4 days.

The experience was awful. I arrived 15 minutes early from my appointment and yet waited an hour to be seen. Then, I was told that I needed to give myself my own test. I highly doubt that I am qualified to conduct a test I was forced to give myself. To date, I have been unable to determine the test results, despite being advised that I would be able to do so online. They are quick to book an appointment, but it wasn’t worth my time and the headache.
