Sat in line at the drive thru window, again, at the window. I was not welcomed or acknowledged until 5 minutes had passed. I truly thought I was being ignored! The building is old n needs a paint job, parking lot had litter all over it.

I had gotten and RV loan with M&T bank over a year ago. On November 5, 2021 I sold my RV and the buyer gave me a cashier"s check made out to M&T bank to payoff the loan. On that day I asked for a payoff letter so that I could go to the PA DMV to get the Title, but they refused to accept the cashier"s Check as "Cleared" and stated that it had to go through their Loan Department. Since they would not give me a payoff letter, I am unable to transfer the RV to the new owners until I get the Title. I still have not received a Payoff Letter or the Title and it has been over 3 weeks since I paid the loan off. I had to pay another month's payment on the Insurance for the RV at a cost of $122. I also am transferring warranties to the new owner which needs to be done within 30 days. To do so, the warranty company needs the new owners registration, which can't be done until I get the Title. I have made phone calls and I have written emails to M & T Bank to try to find out the status, but both of these methods have proven futile. I am just trying to expedite whatever needs to be done to get the payoff letter and the Title. The amount of time it has taken is ridiculous and this whole process should have been completed within 7-10 business days. I would steer clear of M & T Bank and if at all possible try to choose a local Credit Union or Bank to do your business. M & T Bank is to big for its britches.

The staff is beyond spectacular. Very friendly, customer oriented, and easy to strike up a friendly conversation while waiting for things to process. 11/10 recommend this location

Since Covid 19 struck, customers are forced to use the drive thru. There are 2 lanes and the employees that work the lanes are extremely slow. I experienced ignorance because I didn't push the button to notify the teller that I was waiting so she waited on 2 customers before me?She was very rude. The 2nd bad experience that I had was when I waited inside before Covid 19 struck and the Black Manager or Supervisor that works on Saturdays shouted at me and told me to stand back when I approached the counter not knowing that another customer was being waited on....she was very unprofessional?This M & T bank is definitely (GHETTO)and be prepared for a long wait minimum 20 minutes?

I have both business and personal accounts with M&T, never had an issue. Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable.
