Had high hopes this was a new place I would enjoy. Placed first order around 8 pm. Got it home & very disappointed. Bowl was definitely microwaved. I can't eat microwaved meat. The bowl was over nuked to the point that the steak was so chewy and the noodles dry, I threw it away. Basically not edible. Definitely NOT fresh!!!

I ordered pick-up, 1st time here. Ordered the chicken and prosciutto gouda. Tasted amazing but I had like 6 leaves of spinach and no mushrooms. I was really looking forward to the vegetables and it was mostly sauce and noodle. I think I'll try again maybe order in person ?Update... came back for my free entree and asked the clerk for more veggies. He put slightly extra and it was much better. So if you want more veggies you have to pay extra but worth it. TY ?

Tastes like frozen food, Pad Thai is very bland. One service lady there is nice but ditzy, she forgot to add something to our order, then forgets to get me a fork. She would also leave us mid conversation to do other tasks before completing our order and paying.

Let's be honest. The company went through major changes. It wasn't just the removal of key items like massive bowls of world's best Tomato Basil. But, we still go on occasion for nostalgic reasons.

Paid $20 for two bowls of Gouda Tortellini, was barely full, tasted rancid, and was basically milk and noodles.

Looking for a quick meal, but sick of burgers, etc. This is the place. Average taste, but a nice change of pace.

$20 bucks for a little pasta dish and a nasty rotted salad that came in a tiny cup that most restaurants would use as a dressing cup not a salad container! Also had many different types of noodles mixed in to my bowl. While this doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal because noodles are noodles, it’s often an indicator or a messy food line and carelessness. I’d be wary if you have allergies. The straw that broke the camels back is the cardboard straw for my drink! This is my last visit! I could have gone next door to OG and ate endless salad and pasta for this price and could have gotten an actual drink straw! Go woke go broke!

Second time here. Stop by when crossing through to Pittsburgh. Food both times was excellent, prices are right, and everyone there was very friendly and accommodating.

Ordered online, and arrived to find 5 of 6 employees in the kitchen trying to get dishes out while the remaining employee struggled to package orders. Guests arriving to order were told there was a 30 minute wait.Once we finally got our order (25 minutes after the quoted time online), we found the following issues: Buffalo Mac and cheese had no sauce (was totally dry), chicken parmesan had the wrong noodles, and one entree (penne rosa) was missing entirely. When we contacted Noodles & Co about this, it took several weeks of back and forth emails just to secure a refund for the omitted dish.

Wouldn't go back. The food was just okay. The servers were really nice and the place looks clean though.
