Worst customer service. You can automatically tell they are not US based. I called because I never received my pkg and the tracking, keeps showing a label was created but not picked up by the carrier. I first did a chat and got the run around, then I called in and I requested to speak to a manager. Of course they said that department was closed. Laughable because every business has a manager available, he just didn't want me to complain about him. Anyway, paid for my stuff, never got it and now I have to open a case to say I didn't receive it, even though it shows that on the tracking. I don't EVER want to shop there again. I am not a big ON fan to begin with but needed chinos for my son. He said his name was Chris but couldn't pronounce it, had to have him spell it!

This location does not even deserve one star. I was in two days in a row this past week and had nothing but issues each time. I called the one 800 number and they referred me back to the store. Last night when I was in there, the girl checking me out when I asked a question about if something was in stock, stood there and shook her head. No. She did not even use her words. I will not be spending any more of my money at Old Navy and closing my card.

I exchanged an item in the Harrisburg Store on Old 22. Much more organized then the one in Wyomissing, Berks County.
