Apparently under new ownership. I called ahead for a pedicure for two and was told to come in 30 minutes. When we arrived we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged. We stood in the entryway waiting for about ten minutes and when we were finally acknowledged the woman claimed that she was not good at nail painting and overall acted like she was uncomfortable with our presence. The previous owners always treated me well and I am very disappointed that the same level of service isn’t available. 0/10 recommend

I booked an appointment for a full gel set and pedi. It is a welcoming and clean environment. Both techs did a wonderful job- Their quality of work and attention to detail is next level. After trying a few nail salons in the area, Pasteur Nails surpasses all and is going to be my go to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was turned away as a first time customer because the guy there said he's only taking appointments but it clearly says on the glass that walk-ins are welcome. There was no sign saying he's only taking appointments today.

Nice place, but what would take this place over the top is a working phone where you can actually get through to talk with someone… that would be the nail on the head for top tier customer service… I’ll go back around the corner to Wish Nails 💅🏽 🤷🏽♀️

First time at this salon, I like the atmosphere, the people were wonderful and nice. I only went for a pedicure..next I will get nails and feet done. I've been looking for a nail salon for years..I hadn't had my nails or feet done for 2 years because I don't know which nail salon gave me a fungus..so I had trust issues
So I looked around read reviews and they are far from home for me...I am going to give them a try.
I think I will like them more than the others I've gone to.

I like your nail salon very much, because when I go there I feel really comfortable, the hospitality of the nail technicians, they treat me very enthusiastically and cheerfully, the space of the salon is very comfortable. roof, makes me very satisfied. My gel pedicure was done nicely and dipped glitter manicure nails were a stunning compliment for a wedding I had to attend. Their hospitality was great and the ambience felt friendly.

Love this place so much!! I went there for the first time the other day and it is now my go to spot. The people were super welcoming and friendly. The salon was clean, had reasonable prices, and the nail technician did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend!Services: Dip powder

i called asking how much a mani pedi was before we got there. i was given a lower price than what I was charged. i paid almost $40 for a pedicure that included none of the basic services except lotion and a semi massage. I got gel which the lady who did my friend basically forced me to get even after I told her 3 times I'm cool with regular. Extra $24 right there for just the polish on both absolutely ridiculous to not have any design, tips nothing extra added. nor a standard pedi. I was highly upset. But to end on a good note the girl who did my nails was very detailed and took her time which I did appreciate. she was nice as well. but still won't come back nor would I refer them.
