My appointment was for 3:00pm, I arrived at 11:00am and they gave me the door at 12:00pm and they finished in 35 minutes

Had to click 1 star, should be a zero. I dont understand how this company even functions. Ive been waiting almost a month for a delivery, i am out of product and no one seems to know whats going on or care about my situation. No idea what customer service is, empty promises and then think they have the right to yell at me and tell me i am wrong. What? Goodbye pepsi, hello coca cola...

Basically everything everyone else said. Don’t bother to come early. They stick to your appointment time. Sit in the street and wait. Then slow as ever unloading. Will not come back unless no choice.

One star is one too many. If you drive truck and come here plan on being here for hours. They are strict on their appointment times, but have no cares as to how long it takes to get you unloaded. The reviews don’t lie… avoid this place at all costs you will lose time and money. I could have unloaded my truck by hand faster than they did with forklifts no b.s

Poor services. Call phone number, have to listen to the messages multiple times and still cannot get a real person to talk to. I left a message after putting the call in twice. Doubt I get a call back. This is a business to business customer.

Well I’m a former employee on suspension, reason because I was trained wrong from the associates they believe are good but are teaching bad habits. Like throwing product in the trash that are expired or credited back to the company or give it away. I gave some product away thinking I was promoting and not stealing. Now I’m being canned because I was be nice and was taught that through there vets they have their working for them. Communication sucks and leadership sucks. Don’t work here unless you’re tryin to get local experience. Please for the life of me don’t listen to anyone that is training you and you feel there doing wrong! Report it please cause the good guys get screwed!!!

They need to use their brains a bit. I checked in at 7am for an afternoon delivery appointment but was told there are other trucks before my appointment but they are still not there so was told to wait in the truck for my appointment. As my appointment came so did all the trucks showed up and now the receiving is running behind. I was there when they weren’t unloading anyone and Now we’re all waiting. It’s like 2+2=5 for them. smh
