Usually good however I saw they had Ottocats online and went to the specific store for them and they had none. I was told they had been out for a long time. They need to update their inventory. Left empty handed and disappointed.

Disappointed, I’ve been coming to this location for the last few years and have bought pets and most of my pet supplies here . Staff have become completely rude and not helpful at, the management is horrible and staff ignore you when you want to ask for help. They don’t have a variety of animals anymore. Staff have been rude and disrespectful for no reason and it has happened to me three times now and I will not be returning to this location.

This place needs people with more experience with dogs. I understand that dogs with anxiety can be difficult but there’s no way that after 3 minutes I get called back in to get my dog. There was no effort to even try and comfort him. I’ve never had this problem at any other PetSmart location I will not be returning here.

They have outdated stuff for sale on their shelves. I will avoid this location at all costs. The people are friendly but thats the only good thing I can say.

Absolutely trash one of the reasons I hate these big chain stores. Waited 15 mins to get fish the dude that was helping someone else in that section got finished and walked away. I understand this little basement dweller was probably only working there to buy more pieces for his dungeons and dragons game but he needs to act like a responsible adult and take his job seriously.

I asked for help from 2 different associates and never got any. Neither person even radioed anyone or stopped cutting up boxes for half a second to help customers even though they were the only ones visible to the customers. The manager lied right to my face and said there was already someone over there and I know this was a lie because *I* was just over there, went back, and stood for 10 minutes before just leaving empty-handed.. Radios right on their hips, 2 inches from their hands, but useless to those who don't bother to USE them.

Drove 30 miles to pick up order placed online. Was notified that order was ready for pickup. Wrong item, and store was out of item I ordered. Wasted trip. Usually happy with my local PetSmart, but this was very disappointing.

They sell flea collars that don't work, and it's (of course) "store policy" to not offer refunds on flea products. So, I'm out $$, and they get to keep offering products that shouldn't be on their shelves.
