Josh is amazing with my dog. My dog hates getting his nails clipped but has grown very comfortable with Josh because he is very patient and nice to him.

Had an absolutely disappointing customer experience with one of your groomers today. Went in to take my dog after scheduling his appointment only to be turned away by one of your staff because apparently the documents provided by animal hospital of Dauphin County were not to his liking. Everything regarding my dogs vaccines were up to date and notated in the paperwork provided from this past November, but your staff member did not want to accept them. What's the point in providing paperwork if you are just going to try and argue with the way the vet signed the paperwork. Ridiculous

I went in to buy a pet rat. I only wanted one. The girl asked if I had any thing to keep the rat in and I joke and said no. What the hell. I would have not brought one if I did not have anything to keep it in. She said well I will not sell you one then. I said I was only joking. She then said well you know you have to buy two because I will not sell you just one. I said I only wanted one. She then tried to tell me that they are social and need to have another one with it. I told her that you will need two if all you do is leave them in the cage as I planed not to do as I would be having it with me most of the time as I am 70 years old and wanted one to love and sit on my shoulders all the time and also I use to have pet rats before and never had more then one at a time. She told me that would not sell it to me anyhow.
Before she came to me I saw her with a man selling him all kinds of thing for fish. She had his cart almost full of things that I saw most of it he did not really need but she told him oh you will need this and that.
I will stay the hell away from this store as they will push you to buy things you really do not need.
Oh by the way I did get my pet rat and a boy from zoomania just down the street.
In my life time I had rats, monkey, cats, dogs, cows and all kinds of animals so don't tell me I don't know what I am talking about.
Go to zoomania where they are nicer and listen to you and also cheaper than here.

They were amazing. You can donate money or spend only $5 and buy a stuffed animal for a puppy so they can also have a present for Christmas. The deals on items they have for all animals are wonderful.

Every time I come in I have to hunt down a worker for the fish section, apart from that this place is VERY nice.
