Dr. Gerlach and the entire staff are professional, caring, competent, responsive and attentive. They present a genuine care for my health and well-being. This is exactly what I want in a physician practice.The MyChart app makes it easy to do everything from asking a question, reordering prescriptions, to scheduling or changing an appointment. I am very happy and satisfied with having them care for my health.

I've been going here for some time, I see dr. D'Souza, I've always had a good experience. I generally feel heard and as though they take my concerns seriously.

Terrible doctors. My GF portal messages are straight up ignored for 30+ days from a doctor that should be taken care of her. She’s bleeding and clearly said it and nothing. Go to Penn State

Quality of care has definitely gone down. Not at all the warm inviting medical facility that made me feel great about my care. Will be looking elsewhere. Good luck if you are helping to transport a patient who is experiencing episodes of passing out, because they will quickly inform you that you can't even be in the waiting room with them, and I saw no one volunteer to help walk this patient to be seen in my absence.

Went in to get my head checked after being shot with paintball/bb gun and all they did was clean it and no one knew what was wrong or cared to really look. 2 weeks later I picked the bb out of my head and just like that the pain was gone so... thank you for nothing pinnacle health.

I called this office as a new patient to make an appointment and stated such. I was put on hold for 10 min. Another employee picked up the phone asked why I was holding (apparently forgotten about). When I began to explain she stopped me and said, "Give me your first name and number and I'll call you back." I was not called back.The following day n my second attempt I was told by an employee that, "We're not accepting new patients and haven't been for a while."Oh ok.

I see one of the nurse practitioners as my pcp. I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. I am always able to speak with someone and get the help I need when I call during normal business hours. Waits are usually not long and I am often in and out. Facilities are fine. My provider, Ashley, is very caring and on-the-ball. I have some somewhat complicated medical issues and she always takes her time with me to listen and understand. If I need a referral it is handled quickly. All the nurses and check in staff are very nice.

I had been a patient of a provider here for almost 10 years. I loved it when they were Colonial park family practice, but it has slowly gone down hill since they integrated with Pinnacle and now UPMC. It is virtually impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame and the wait times are a minimum of 30 minutes. I was getting monthly b12 shots and would wait 35-40 minutes to get a shot that would literally take 1 minute. Also, it seems like they constantly just shuffled me to a specialist if it was anything other then a cold. I switched practices and now go to an office that is not owned by a huge conglomerate and am thrilled with the patient care.

I absolutely LOVE my provider. While the previous reviews are not wrong for the comments such as:-hard to schedule an appointment-having to go through Portial for prescriptionsI wouldn’t switch providers for anything. While these statements are true I would rather have an awesome provider who listens, helps, doesn’t push medications and makes me feel like family over looking at a few defects. I have been with the same provider for 10 years now and never had an issue with her personally.

Nightmare. I had switched to this office because my previous dr closed office. When dr watkins was there it we ok but the front office people are cruel and condescending and intentionally fabricate information , not all but most. communications are 0 when dr watkin passed no one notified me. I found out because I couldnt get my script filled through caremark. and Had to track it my self after I had completely ran out and receiving a letter from my insurance comp that my dr will no longer be my provider. Im glad that I did not have complications like cardiovascular complications other serious health issues from abruptly having to stopping my meds They failed to notify me about the status of dr to make appt arrangements or that the script cannot be filled due to........ I wouldn't have written this revue if this was a single incident but I just found out that dr emesue is no longer with them ( oh and by the way its amazing how some of the bad review about her has disappeared ) their office will lie and make excuses while peoples lives are on the line (enough to have a justified lawsuit) Its amazing that these neg reviews have been written by clients and acknowledged by pinnecle health for years but obviously nothings been done about it.... I mean come on!!!
