Plato's Closet is an absolute joke of a store. Run by a bunch of high schoolers who couldn't organize a lemonade stand, let alone a clothing store. The entire premise of their business revolves around people selling their clothes for cash, yet they couldn't even keep track of the items I dropped off. I left two full bins of clothes with them, only for them to take a whopping two days to locate them. I dropped off my items before work and rushed back after, only to be told I'd have to come back the next day because they misplaced my belongings. It's a complete mess. And to add insult to injury, when they finally found my things, they had to rummage through them again to decide what they liked and didn't like, prolonging the ordeal for another day. Absolutely horrendous service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Staff offered lady in front of me awards card. Didn’t offer me one. Offered her a bag. Didn’t offer me one. No one asked if I needed help or if I found everything ok. Very dry. Not welcoming at all

Absolutely love the is store! I drive all the way up here from Northern Virginia to shop here. They always have a large selection of Men’s clothes which not all Plato’s have.
