We arrived for my son's appointment and were attended to immediately. The person who did the blood work for him was very communicative and to us regarding what she was doing, thereby helping him to be comfortable.

The whole experience was seamless. It started by confirming my appointment by text with instruction to click here when I have arrived. Within 3-4 minutes, I was called to the back. Vitals were taken and then I met with my Dr. No wait process.
