As someone with a severe fear of needles, I was extremely anxious about getting my TB Gold test done. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm usually the biggest baby when it comes to blood draws! However, my experience with Melissa the phlebotomist was absolutely exceptional. For the first time in my life, I felt ZERO pain during the blood draw. Her technique was flawless, and she made what is normally a stressful experience completely painless. I didn't even realize she had finished! Melissa's skill and professionalism turned what I usually dread into a surprisingly positive experience. I would highly recommend requesting her if you're nervous about blood draws. Five stars!

I had a terrible experience at this location recently. The woman working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She gave unnecessary attitude to senior citizen walk-in customers who were just trying to ask simple questions about the process.
When it was my turn for my appointment, she continued with the same behavior. I needed clarification about a code from my employer that I hadn’t received and was asking basic questions—like who might have sent the code (Quest Diagnostics, CastleBranch, my school, etc.). Instead of helping, she responded with a dismissive and hostile attitude the entire time.
The person who helped me last year was amazing—kind, patient, and walked me through everything clearly. The current staff, however, is the opposite. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where people come in stressed or needing guidance.

I was 5 minutes late to an annual get well screening because I happened to be sick and they had removed my name and told me I had to reschedule. Never!!!!!! They care more about themselves than their patients. They are a despicable group of people

The staff is always friendly and skilled. Check in is easy and there is a great little breakfast place next to the Linglestown location to grab a bite to eat, if you were fasting.

I've had to go to this location twice for pre-employment tests. Both of the ladies are very nice! I told the one lady I was a hard stick and that blood is drawn from my right hand. She said they were out of needles needed for that kind of draw but she was easily able to get blood from my arm which most people struggle with. I didn't even feel the arm draw go in and it was over just as fast, if not faster, than getting it from my hand. Highly reccomended!

The employee was very friendly, kind and it was the most painless blood draw I ever had! Sometimes my veins can be tricky but she had no problem and I honestly didn't even feel a pinch! This was my first time at this Quest since the one I normally go to didn't have any available appointments that day. Even though this one is further away, I would definitely go back!

When I arrived at the lab, all the lights were off which I found weird. The woman behind the desk asked me if I had a appointment and I told her I did not. She told me that they were all booked for the day, and they could not help me. Considering this lab does take walk ins, I thought this was unfair. I looked online and they had numerous appointments available for that day but the woman told me they were closing in an hour and could not help me. There was no one in the waiting room. Considering the lights were off, I'm assuming they just didn't want to work.
