Had my windshield replaced here and while changing my oil in the car I noticed that some of the cowl seals weren't put back in the proper placement and I'm missing all but 1 of the body clips in the cowl panel. Also my windshield washer tubing clips were broken and not in the proper location. Real shotty workmanship

Mechanic was much more respectful than the window clerks. I had a few questions for them, and the mechanic provided me with the exact answers I was looking for. The window clerk looked at me like I had 7 eyeballs. All I wanted to know is how large of a crack is repairable and if mine would fall into that category. If I needed a whole replacement, I'd pay out of pocket instead of going through insurance. Why the mechanic knows more than the clerks about billing is beyond me.

This is not a review for services rendered by the local business, but rather the inability to actually contact the local business itself. The local number connects you to a national automated phone system in which you enter into an automated hell from which you cannot escape without just hanging up. I tried for at least 10 minutes to work my way through the system in order to be connected to the actual business location I was calling to ask a very simple question about glass repair to an actual human being. This is not the way to do business. It basically says, “we can’t be bothered with unless you fall into three preselected categories that will guarantee we will make money off you.” The system actually asked how I was paying for a repair before I even was able to ask a question. Ridiculous! I finally gave up and hung up the phone.I guess that “contact-free services” means that there will be no way you can contact them. That’s accurate.

I normally do not leave reviews, but this is the most impressed I’ve been by customer service in a long time. I had a chip in my windshield, and expected to pay to have the chip repaired as I hadn’t fulfilled my insurance deductible (when I had a chip previously, my insurance would not cover the repair since I had not fulfilled my deductible). When I arrived, my car was taken right into the service bay on time, and the desk associate asked why I wasn’t using insurance. I explained the situation and she asked if she could try contacting my insurance as she thought there was a new program that would cover the repair. She ended up getting the repair fully covered, and my service was complete within half an hour. This location works as fast as they can, for as little cost to the customer as possible. They were extremely friendly, had portable phone/outlet chargers, tray tables for people who might need to use a laptop/work while they wait, coffee and snacks, and beautiful Christmas decorations. As I mentioned, it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and I would definitely recommend this location.

I called this office with no idea the process to follow for the service I needed. Everyone I talked to was excellent! The tech broke the work down for me afterward, and I was on my way. I won't hesitate to come back in the future or suggest anyone else come here.

I had my windshield replaced this week through Safelite via my insurance company. I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys. I had it replaced in September as well because Wranglers windshields crack all the time. They replaced with an OEM windshield in September. This time in October they came to my home and completed it while I worked remotely. I didn't pay attention when I went out to speak with the technician when it was complete. They didn't replace with an OEM windshield. I was sent a survey and I answered the survey that I was unsatisfied because it wasn't OEM. A few minutes ago I was called by the Manager of this location regarding my issue. She advised me that Geico would only replace my OEM windshield within the 1st 2 years. After that it is after market glass. I then stated that I just had it replaced last month and she advised the 2024 models are out now and that is why. I said they should have communicated that to me and given me the option to pay the difference for the OEM glass. She then gave me an attitude and stated Geico is who ordered the glass and passed the buck of customer service to them. She then gave me more of an attitude about that Jeep doesn't make glass and the only difference is the jeep stickers on it. I then stated I have a Jeep Willys and wanted that on my windshield. This manager clearly doesn't understand the Jeep community and what little touches like that mean to us. I explained that she was giving me an attitude and I would be reporting that to Geico. She then argued with me that she wasn't giving me attitude. I was finished with the conversation and explained I was hanging up as I didn't wish to argue. This manager is very unprofessional!!!!! Communication with customers is extremely important. If they had explained to me before installing, that we had just crossed the two year mark and Geico only covered aftermarket glass, this would have been a much different experience. This manager spoke down to me stating things like "do you realize Geico doesn't cover that after 2 years" and so on. No, that isn't the industry I work in and I just had my glass replaced less than a month ago with OEM. Never speak down to your customers!!! I will be explaining to Geico that I will not use Safelite in the future for my windshield replacements thanks to this manager.

The shop manager went above and beyond for me when my side window burst while on a turnpike. Did everything in her power to get me to my destination on the same day, even going to call safelites at my destination and managed to get me an appointment I’m the next few days when they were originally booked for weeks. Truly a lifesaver!

My "new to me" car had a windshield ding. They identified it had been previously repaired. They did a little topical touch-up and sent me on my way. Very helpful and professional.
