I recently checked out this branch instead of my usual, and let me tell you, the customer service there was off the charts! The staff was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They genuinely wanted to help and made me feel like a VIP. The branch itself was well maintained and felt very welcoming.What really blew me away was the personal touch. The staff took the time to understand my needs and gave me tailored solutions. Whether it was opening an account or sorting out my questions, they went above and beyond. I left the branch feeling taken care of.The whole place was set up to make things easy-peasy. From the layout to the speedy transactions, everything was designed with customers in mind. They even took the time to explain all the different banking services in a way that made sense to me.All in all, my visit to the Santander branch was top-notch. The customer service was out of this world, and the convenience factor was through the roof. If you're on the lookout for a bank that treats you like royalty and makes your banking experience a breeze, I can't recommend this branch enough. To the the teller who helped me, I hope you get a raise, cause you deserve it!

I am new to the harrisburg area and needed to create a new account for my business. They made it so easy and hassle free, which isn't always the case with other banks. The second time I went to make a deposit, I was greeted by name by the bank manager Rich. This bank is run very smoothly and professionally. I'm happy to give them my business.

Stopped going to the branch at Linglestown Rd because they turned me down for a loan the one time I ever needed one!! Unreal. I go to another branch to finish my banking needs now. I was told at this branch in Harrisburg that I was pre-approved or pre-picked or something for a credit card. Unlike my usual quick decline, the teller sent me to a lovely young woman and I'm so glad she did. Miss Kiera I think her name was. She explained how she could do a balance transfer instead of a loan and that gives me time to pay it back with no interest!!! Now that was great advice!!! Thank you thank you!! I'm back to loving my bank again! I learned something new at this branch near Burlington and someone needs to give that girl a raise! And the young lady at the end of the teller line is great too. I think she's been there a while. This is my branch now! I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to work with people who work with me.

They made me an appt for 10:10am lol. Who does that?? Well, I was there at 10am and they helped me at 10:09am. So what do I know lmao I guess someone knows what the heck they're doing back there. I love this branch now! Before i would avoid it like the plague. Especially the manager Sarah. They expressed they are one of the busiest branches in the area. You would never know though because they seem to handle it very well. As an office manager myself, it is evident they run a tight ship. Just thought that appointment timing was odd for a bank lol.

This bank is awesome ??...they've done right by me for like 10 years and I love um. Thank you Santander. And thank you Mr. Manager for letting me bring my dog in the branch and the treats...that was the warmest welcome he's ever received!

This branch is always great. However, they required me to make a dang appt just to add my fiance to my account. I was willing to wait and already had him with me. We were told that the people in the offices or desks or whatever that we needed to help were busy all day with appts. So I made an appt for the next week. We were promptly welcomed and shocked the tall guy remembered our names and we were helped immediately even though we were like 10 minutes early. In and out of the lady's office in less than 30mins. I think she might’ve been the manager or the guy is, not sure. I gotta give it to them both. They take their appt schedule seriously and I guess this is the world we are in now. I will certainly be calling ahead to do anything next time.

They were rude and unprofessional. I waited 45 minutes for a check deposit three times. I would recommend either choosing a different bank or a different branch to go to

The new manager Rich was absolutely wonderful to work with. I just started coming to this branch and the ladies in the front have been a pleasure to work with. Much more personable than my branch back in NY that I used to deal with. They gave me peace of mind about using the ATM and showed me how even when it was freezing cold. Much easier than I thought it would be. Can we please get one inside the branch too? It was fine with the manager out there with me, but I'd still feel safer inside the branch when I take cash out.

I went not to long ago to open a checkings account, and like I read on other reviews here, they ask a lot of stereotypical questions, I was opening an account, and the lady that was helping me Caraballo is her last name, asked my wife if she had my United States citizenship papers, funny thing is, I am a born US citizen.

In my banking experience over the years, I have never been wowed until now. Had a great time opening my new accounts at Santander Bank near Giant and Burlington in Harrisburg. Opened 2 accounts and applied for a credit card, immediately approved. I don't know how much experience these other reviewers have banking, but I have moved a few times from different countries and states for work. ..a bank is supposed to check your IDs and ask a bunch of questions. Why wouldnt you assume that? It's a private bank. They don't need to accept your business and in most cases probably don't need your business lol. Your income and employment is always asked when applying for any type of loan...Why would a loan here be any different? I just don't get some people. I'm not born here in US, but I grew up in the area. I expect there to be more questions when I open an account here with a passport and not my license....My DL was expired lol. If you have nothing to hide, why do you care what the bank asks you? I like how diligent they were. Makes me feel like the bank is going to be safe and look out for mi as a customer. My paycheck was done super fast at my new job to go straight into my account. Better experience than my previous 3 accounts at other banks in different cities that took forever. I scheduled an appt and was greeted by name when I never walked in here before. That was cool. My banker was a sweet young lady who and her service was nice y friendly and she spoke Spanish!! I appreciate that and my mom appreciated even more! Showed me how to use Zell instead of cash app and explained why. I really like the people working here. Especially the two ladies who helped me and even the manager who also spoke Spanish and introduced himself so sweetly to my mom. She wanted to bring him back a cake lol. A++

This past Friday was a complete waste of my time applied for a debt consolidation loan but was insulted instead by stereotype questioning my integrity as well as my ability to pay off a loan by wanting to know my yearly income. Do I want to continue to do business here that remains to be seen. Apparently you don't have the guts to give me an honest chance what are you afraid of? That's what I want to know! The underwriters are a afraid to stick their neck out out of fear the loan won't get paid plain and simple.

For a small branch they go above and beyond to help you! Sarah was beyond helpful in making sure i wasn't getting scammed. Or taken advantage of when i went to make a wire transfer for a car appreciate you guys!
