Coming to this sheetz is a waste of time. Beyond bad service. We went 3 times different days through the drive-thru and waited for 30-40 min for our order. I’ll like to add that the car behind us left for so much waiting. I can’t believe it such a bad service! Warning Don’t come to this store!

I just bought a hotdog from them 5 minutes ago the hot dog is so sloppy is all over the place I really need to take it back because its very sloppy... I added the picture but for some reason it doesn't wanna post but the hotdog looked very nasty I don't know why is not let me show the picture.

This is by far the most disgusting sheetz I've ever been to. The floors are literally crusty, and full of dirt. Every single napkin holder is empty and caked with dirt and food residue. The sneeze sheilds in the kitchen are streaky from being wiped with a dirty rag. The doors and windows have TONS of finger prints. I was honestly shocked as I know this not at all the norm for this chain

I order a breakfast sandwich wait 20 min! Still didn't get it! There more worried about door dash,and uber eats,than they are a paying customer standing right there!? Supervisor didn't even care, there reviews speak about the place,poorly run,no service,and I'm glad I didn't get with all the reviews about the bad food? Go elsewhere,if u want service and good food!

Two lazy supervisors two lazy team members. I ordered a drink at 10pm never got it after 11pm. Walked out nobody wanted to help me. Nobody offered a refund, a free drink or to remake it. Absolute in disgust right now and the fat supervisor and other one should have disciplinary action taken against them.

We stopped for breakfast on our way through to New York- I never had a sheets iced coffee before but it was delicious!! Service was friendly, food was sooo good, hot and cooked exactly as I ordered. Would recommend for sure!
