Say "hello, how can I help you?" Instead of acting like every customer is in your way of finishing your shift. At least say Hi are your waiting for an order? Its sad when customer service is dependant on the customer to initiate dialogue.

SMH atp i order mozzarella sticks and I guess you get what you paid for cause that’s all that was in the bag I go back n ask for marinara sauce n the young lady said ok hold on comes back n says it’s a up charge for sauce once you go pay for the up charge the sauce will be rite here this girl couldn’t been no more than 20 no respect now why does sauce cost for mozzarella sticks how else are you supposed to eat them and if so I didn’t even have ketchup in the bag does that cost too

Place was a wreck and very small. Asked for extra mayo on my italian sub and holy shit they put the entire container on it. Guess I won't ask for extra mayo next time lmfao. Service was okay I guess, I got my bag from the counter and said thank you and just got a dirty look instead. Very interesting.

I love sheetz tacos and the bacon wraps. It’s also nice to be able to ring yourself up and if you want a late night nightcap you can grab a beer.

This Sheetz store was open on Thanksgiving! Even though it was a Holiday all the staff were smiling and friendly. The wait for my specialty drink was much shorter than I expected. Happy Holidays Sheetz!

Food quality is inconsistent. When I asked to make sure my breakfast shmagel was toasted instead of microwaved, I think they microwaved it on purpose. The gal making the food was otherwise occupied talking to another customer who was obviously a personal friend. The cashiers are nice, though...but due to the new self checkout lanes that are much quicker, I have no reason to interact with them. Only the smokers/chewers and cash gas buyers are waiting in that long line.

I went into Sheetz yesterday afternoon as I do several days a week. I did my usual thing of walking up to the counter and asked for a box of Marlboro lights. The manager was working the register and tells me I can go to the self check out station to pay. I told him I have to come to the counter and ask for the cigarettes. He politely tells me I can stand at the self check out and wait there to ask for my cigarettes and I am the reason there is a line of people waiting to pay. I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just wanted to purchase a pack of cigarettes. He then proceeded to go on and on about how my time is valuable to him. The dude could've sold me a pack of smokes 6 times while he was lecturing me. I will take my business elsewhere where I can just ask for a pack of smokes and purchase them . Great management skills dude.
