Let me just start by saying, I’ve never felt so disrespected and downright endangered in my life. I stopped at this Sheetz for what I thought would be a quick and normal visit, but instead, I was almost sent to the ER (or worse). As I was leaving, this lady SPEEDS into a parking spot right in front of me like she’s trying to qualify for NASCAR, missing my car by inches. I was shaken, heart racing, thinking I’d just barely survived a high-speed encounter at SHEETZ of all places.
But wait—it gets worse. Instead of being even remotely apologetic, this woman starts flipping me off. FLIPPING. ME. OFF. Like I was somehow the problem?! I’m sorry, did I miss the memo that near manslaughter and obscene gestures are the new Sheetz customer service standard?
The fact that someone this reckless and rude feels empowered to act like this on your property makes me question what kind of chaotic energy this location attracts. Maybe Sheetz needs to start implementing some basic rules of decency for the parking lot because clearly, it’s become a Wild West free-for-all.
To the woman who almost wrecked me: I hope you find inner peace because you clearly need it. To Sheetz: Do better. A lot better.

100% of the times I've gone, my food order was messed up, and my order isn't really difficult. Everything from missing half the ingredients to giving me the ingredients all separately for me to make myself. Love Sheettz overall, but this location is 👎🏻

other food usually isnt bad but the chicken sandwich gave me food poisoning and had me throwing up 5 times. awful.

I do frequent this sheets a lot however ordered fried food today and the boy was touching everything with no gloves I did mention it to the cashier who told him to drop new stuff with gloves however he through food back in the freezer drawer with no gloves already so everything was contaminated at that point. Hopefully he washes his hands frequently but it will Probley deter me from ordering food from here on out

Ordered 2 hot dogs lite mustard /kraut on my 20 min lunch break. Got so much mustard the buns fell apart , mustard all over the wrapper. Manager Dean was rude told me to leave the store for asking him to discuss the issue with the employee that made them. Minutes from being made neither 1 of the 2 food service employees could remember who made them, It was not busy at all. Will not return

This place sucks. After waiting 15 minutes for my food I had enough of waiting and asked for my money back. All I got were 2 Chilli dogs. Shouldn't take that long

Nothing special at this Sheetz that isn't at every other Sheetz. Only found 1 that has 2 soft serve icecream machines (1 with pineapple)near Grantville Pa. Convenience stores are overpriced and everywhere.

For a long while, I was loyal to Sheetz, specifically this location. In the past year, I have steered away from the store. From bland coffee to Indian music blaring throughout the store on a Sunday morning, not to mention cold takeout food. But then, I discovered I could get twice as much coffee for the same price just down the street - and GOOD coffee - and that was enough to end my loyalty to Sheetz. Add to that, the other store doesn't have peddlers outside their store. Too bad. I like the crew.
