I'm very disappointed with Superior. I don't know how they're still operating as a company. I've called multiple times with an issue and have yet to have someone come to my house to get the problem resolved. I've called and left vm multiple times. I've called to speak with a staff multiple times. I've been scheduled multiple times but no call no show. All to no avail.

Superior plus has been my go to propane company for a few years now. I've had a few issues with them from incompetent technicians who don't know how to properly test systems and replace components that haven't failed because they don't understand how to allow a commercial system equalize pressure before doing a pressure drop test wasting an entire day. Fortunately after the technician listened to me and allowed the system to equalize before starting the test it passed. Fortunately my understanding of what was going on prevented me from paying me for their mistake and they covered it which included a new regulator, and several shut off valves. Has I not been involved, this could have become quite costly for their labor time and parts.Fortunately that technician learned and respected the help I had given him in learning how to properly test a larger system than the typical residential system he was use to testing. He had a good attitude and we had a good relationship since.They're pretty good about the automatic deliveries, I've never run out since having the monitors installed on the tanks. I do appreciate that, however I can't say the same about will call.We have some forklift tanks and a 120 gallon tank that are will call. On December 7th I put a request in online, and also called to confirm that the request was received. I followed up again on the 12th when we still hadn't received any propane, then again on the 19th, 20th, 21st and the 22nd. I missed the return call from them on the 20th however I did call them back and didn't get another return call from the local branch. It should never take this long to get propane filled.I was lied to on the 21st by a call center employee saying that I was being delivered to that day because she didn't feel like dealing with me or my issue I assume.I finally on the 22nd got to speak with the person that is in charge at the local branch office. It was explained to me that the information from the new call centers are not being properly explained to the dispatcher hence my delivery issues. Unfortunately there wasn't anything but an apology offered. A small discount for the inconvenience and time wasted would have been nice.If I experience this again, I will no longer be using them and I will be looking for a different supplier. I use a lot of propane between my commercial and residential locations. A 500 gallon, (4) 120gallon tanks and our forklift bottles that all get refilled multiple times a winter.I hope these issues get taken care of before I take my business elsewhere.

I had a heart attack and fell behind on my duty at home and ran out of fuel oil. I called on Monday to see if I could get some. Was told they would be out before end of week by adding me to the schedule instead of the potential week long wait. Thursday came and at 2pm no oil. I called and they said that the never dispatched the ticket sorry someone will call and let you know when it will be there. I called Friday around 3 after no news from them. The told me it would be delivered 5 days later the 27th today being the 22nd. No thank you please! I will no longer use them for my fuel oil or my propane going forward. Someone else can have my thousands. The lady I originally talked to was great and understanding. Everyone after that was zero help and didn’t even care about keeping me as a client.

Initially I was dissatisfied when I was overcharged by over $600 to fill my tanks, then trying to get my money refunded was a nightmare. They kept insisting my money was refunded and I had to get my bank involved and the refund took weeks. I got a recent quote of $900+ for superior to refill my tanks. I called another local company and got new tanks and filled for less than 1/2 that price! Just waiting for them to pick up there tanks now ...

I don’t know why these people aren’t rated higher or why they have bad reviews. I have never had a problem with them and they have always delivered to me within a day or two. I am also in another State so it’s not like I’m around the corner.

One of your drivers hit my vehicle, and your company is now giving my insurance the run around. They can't get in touch with the driver or anyone at your company that can help. I had all three of my children in the car! Own up to your mistakes and do the right thing.

A+ Superior! I'm terrible at adulting and ran out of propane in my new home. My tanks werent even through superior. They came out 2 days after the storm (when it would have taken other companies a week) and switched my tanks and set me up. Not to mention they are way cheaper than most people around. Thank you superior!
