Would not take my military ID for identification for T mobile Tuesday. MY MILITARY ID is Real Identification while a drivers license is not unless one pays the extra money. However, what's really funny is that I had to show a military ID to be on the military plan. Things that make you go hmmm.

SCAMMERS and STEALERS!!Nelson, the store manager, provided WRITTEN confirmation in person of the cost of our family plan. Month after month, we were continuously charged more than the documentation Nelson provided. For a month, we tried getting in touch with Nelson and visiting the store, but he never returned our calls. Finally, he called back and immediately blamed us for calling him after hours.When asking Nelson about the paperwork with his signature on it, he denied it and said that was another representative, however, he then owned up to it being him. On top of that, the “credit” we were supposed to receive every month, was actually something Nelson didn’t have the authorization from corporate to give, so the credit was always rejected by corporate.Nelson continued to lie and said on multiple occasions that he would call corporate and get things resolved and then call us back. He never once called us back. When pressing him for a resolution, he said to just cancel our plan or deal with it and hung up on me.I will be reporting Nelson to corporate at T-mobile and filing a complaint with the BBB. With so many options to choose from, don’t do business with people like this.
