“We called 40 minutes before close, 40 minutes away, as we had just put a donut on our car and were too far from home to go somewhere local to us on a donut. We made it clear we’d arrive at/ after close but they were sympathetic to our situation and assured us they’d take us anyway, despite me giving them the opportunity to decline no hard feelings. That alone has earned them five stars. On top of that, they were quick and super helpful, AND patient with us considering it was after close at this point. Would highly recommend.”

“I was greeted on the breezeway by Bret, if I remember his name correctly. (Apologies if I'm incorrect) I was told Jay was going to be my advisor. Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. I wish Jay well, just settle down and you'll do good.”

“I am satisfied with the service that I received and quick service. I had to have tires replaced. The only complaint that I have was that I was told that the tires would be there on a certain day and they weren't! No one contacted me so I showed up on the day that I was told that the tires would be there only to find out that they weren't there as promised! That caused an inconvenience because I had to reschedule and bring my vehicle back! I was also told that I would be contacted when the tires arrived, but I wasn't! So I had to contact them directly. It should have been the other way around if you want a customers business and money. At this point not sure if I will return to this particular location.”

“My daughter had borrowed our car to make a triip to Pennsylvania and had gotten a flat tire on the way. Not only was the staff helpful and courteous, but took great care in handling the replacement of two rear wheels on the vehicle and assured her that everything was taken care of. From 300 miles away, it was a relief to both I and her father that they took the time to accomodate her on short notice, but had what we needed readily available.”
“Came in for the 2nd time due to a air leak in my passenger right rear. I was constantly putting air into it and finally came to this location and they found another nail in the same tires last time. No charge for another nail and plug. This location hasn't failed me yet. THANK YOU.”
“Great experience! We had to get my tires changed asap and found this place randomly. The mechanics were so helpful and ended up changing three of my tires for $130. The bumper was also messed up and we believe they also fixed that up temporarily without charging us extra. We came in without an appointment and was done in under an hour. Would 100% recommend!!”

“My husband just took both vehicles for an oil change. He said they were very friendly and had the oil changed quickly. They also did a tire rotation for both of the vehicles and also made recommendations for things that needed to be changed soon but not immediately like my tires and brake pads were in the yellow. Awesome service and friendly staff. We will certainly come back as they do a great job.”
“Called Early in the morning for an issue with my car that I purchased from another Dealer. Had an extended warranty that was about 700 miles until it ended. They got me in the same day. I understood that there was a $160 diagnostic fee as well as me having a $250 deductible I would have to pay. I met with Nate, the service advisor and explained my problem. I dropped the car off and expected to have it there for at least the next dayA few hours later ,Nate called to let me know that my car was fixed. Found the problem, had the part in stock and there would be no charge.The part was covered under a manufacturers warranty. They didn't even charge a diagnostic fee.Nate was great, the mechanics were great. The whole experience was great!I will buy my next car from Turner ! Thanks”
“I have been purchasing tires through Sams Club for several years. They have always had the best prices. I recently had a new set of tires put on one of my vehicle and had a screw penetrate the sidewalk about 5k miles in. Peter the manger was great to work with and came up with a fair solution on a replacement package since the tire was discontinued.”

Also, they’ve always gave me super fair pricing on every car I’ve taken in there which has been at least five different cars at this point over the last five years. And they have loaners if you schedule an appointment early enough. The staff is super friendly and recognizes you.”
