“Junior a road service tech at your Harrisburg location is the best tech I've ever had. I drive a tractor trailer and we lease our trucks from Ryder. I had a coolant leak about 2 weeks ago in New Jersey and it was automatically towed. I sat on the side of the road for six and a half hours waiting for a tow truck. I had to similar issue today in Pennsylvania and Junior was the guy who was called out. It was hot and on the side of the road and he could have easily said to have it towed but instead went back to the shop got the parts he needed came back and got me up and running within a couple of hours. I would have had to lay over in PA and get a loaner truck. You need to hire more people like Junior who actually care about getting truck drivers off the road in a timely Manor. He was also friendly we had a conversation and he didn't treat me like I was a burden for the day like I have been in the past. Great employee definitely the best I've ever encountered. Give this man a raise”

“My wife and I brought our tractor in on our way back to California on Saturday morning with an error code that had caused us a break down a few weeks before. Technicians at other shops seem content with running a regen and kicking you down the road, not this shop!Cody and his crew stayed late to replace a nox sensor and find the problem with our closed SCR loop code. I’m happy to report we made it all the way back home without incident thanks to this shop.”

“Outstanding experience. Only negative was that despite a two (2) lead time on the reservation and checking in early the night before, upon arrival the truck reserved could not be found! However, the manager on duty quickly changed the reservation for a larger truck immediately available for the same price.Was a small move of a piano, and the mover we used states "that location is my favorite to work with". We would agree. When our need arises, we'll be back again.”

“I accidentally went to this spot trying to help a buddy move stuff. I was approached by two dudes that I thought were homeless at first, but they said they were security. They told me people were selling drugs in the area and they were concerned for their grandma who manages the place. He ended up calling his grandma who was very nice and offered to let me come inside and wait for my friend. The one guy then asked me if I was a cop because my cousins van has dark tint. I felt like I was 12 again and it was the first time I bought weed. Anyway, ended up being nice guys. They should have some uniforms or something though..or at least be willing to tell you their names. Some lady was throwing rocks into the street at cars too. I left really confused and my buddy sent me the wrong address anyway. I’d probably go back though…??”

“I don't know why this place has bad reviews. The people at Budget were able to accommodate me as a young driver when I needed to rent a car. I was in and out of the place in 20 minutes with a sweet Ford Focus they brought right to me. Check in was rather seamless with no issues. You definitely need to have your insurance card with you: I left mine in my car in California. Pretty standard rental policy like not driving it across international borders and no smoking. I'm dropping the car off at the airport, so I can't speak to the drop off process, but from observation that seemed rather painless too. I've dealt with terrible rental companies, this isn't one.”
