I've stored my girl many places over the years across several different states as I've moved for work and I must say Harrisburg East Self Storage would be my #1 because of their courtesy, professionalism and great customer service.”
“So far so good with this place. The units are clean and well kept. They have a really efficient check-in process and it's in a great area. I was able to obtain my specific unit(s) way lower than current market value and it being a steal I grabbed a double unit priced as one. Apparently the rent is subject to change every six to nine months and I didn't read the fine print on that, so I was shocked to see my rent go up a significant amount. Apparently this is the industry standard, but after speaking with Heather on the phone, she was able to negotiate with her higher-ups to have the increase be very minimal. She was very fast and responded quickly after she got approval. I was very grateful for that and will continue to be a consistent tenant because of it.

“I accidentally went to this spot trying to help a buddy move stuff. I was approached by two dudes that I thought were homeless at first, but they said they were security. They told me people were selling drugs in the area and they were concerned for their grandma who manages the place. He ended up calling his grandma who was very nice and offered to let me come inside and wait for my friend. The one guy then asked me if I was a cop because my cousins van has dark tint. I felt like I was 12 again and it was the first time I bought weed. Anyway, ended up being nice guys. They should have some uniforms or something though..or at least be willing to tell you their names. Some lady was throwing rocks into the street at cars too. I left really confused and my buddy sent me the wrong address anyway. I’d probably go back though…??”

“The extraspace storage facility is extremely clean, easily accessible, and Steve is so accommodating. I rented a unit solely online and within the hour, Steve left me a voicemail inviting me to come take a look at the facility, my unit, showed me where trolleys were, bathrooms, etc. He made an online transaction really personable and I feel very reassured in my choice to store my belongings here.
