“Jaquelene was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. Decided to switch from extra space storage to prime. Just moved in but no regrets so far.”
“2nd time around nothing but good vibes here. Friendly and respectful service . I’m anywhere where you don’t have to correct values with people but honor them with appreciation is KEY-to them being better at servicing you. Like I said I’m where the values are met”
“As always Moove in storage has served me well. The rates and deals are great and the communication from management to client is unmatched. I highly recommend this location.”
“Alex was super helpful. I made an online reservation the day before. And got wrapped up doing things today and forgot that Alex called and reminded me and then even stayed later just to make sure that I I could rent the unit. When I got here Alex fully explained every detail. I originally reserved a 5x10 but Alex drove me to look at a smaller unit which fit my needs much better. Great customer service!”
“Knowledgeable and friendly staff made our first time needing a storage unit easy and stress free. Enjoyed the easy gate access to the facility which was well lite during the evening when we needed to use it.”
“I've stored my 60s classic car at Harrisburg East for several years and really appreciate the quality of their site in taking care of my 58 yo girl and if I've ever needed anything they are always just a phone call away - even on Sunday's, which I've really appreciated. I've stored my girl many places over the years across several different states as I've moved for work and I must say Harrisburg East Self Storage would be my #1 because of their courtesy, professionalism and great customer service.”
“The place is very nice neat and clean the guy who owns the place is very nice too I would recommend this place to anybody the only thing is reason why the prices are so low they don't have dumpsters there on site you got to have to go young trash away but the prices are good for the footage”
“We used these units to hold items while we were in the process of moving. Great service and kept me up to date on my unit. Easy checkout when I was done with my storage. Thank you!”

“I accidentally went to this spot trying to help a buddy move stuff. I was approached by two dudes that I thought were homeless at first, but they said they were security. They told me people were selling drugs in the area and they were concerned for their grandma who manages the place. He ended up calling his grandma who was very nice and offered to let me come inside and wait for my friend. The one guy then asked me if I was a cop because my cousins van has dark tint. I felt like I was 12 again and it was the first time I bought weed. Anyway, ended up being nice guys. They should have some uniforms or something though..or at least be willing to tell you their names. Some lady was throwing rocks into the street at cars too. I left really confused and my buddy sent me the wrong address anyway. I’d probably go back though…??”

“I usually rent the cargo vans, for work, clean up or whatever. This time they didn’t have a van for me, so I went with a pickup truck, it was brand new, a Silverado less than 300miles. That’s a beautiful vehicle and a wonderful couple days we spent, lol. I went a “little bit” over my projected mileage. Seriously, I’ve used U-Haul quite a bit in the last couple of years, to me they are a no brainer to budget in everytime I need a van. Always clean and reliable. I say Thanks to them.”

“Very happy with Extra Space. Looked at many facilities in the area. Extra Space won out with cleanliness , safety and security . Manager Steve Wagner answered all of my questions and went out of his way to assist with my move in plans. He was a real pleasure to deal with throughout. I recommend 100%”
