“So far so good with this place. The units are clean and well kept. They have a really efficient check-in process and it's in a great area. I was able to obtain my specific unit(s) way lower than current market value and it being a steal I grabbed a double unit priced as one. Apparently the rent is subject to change every six to nine months and I didn't read the fine print on that, so I was shocked to see my rent go up a significant amount. Apparently this is the industry standard, but after speaking with Heather on the phone, she was able to negotiate with her higher-ups to have the increase be very minimal. She was very fast and responded quickly after she got approval. I was very grateful for that and will continue to be a consistent tenant because of it.

“I accidentally went to this spot trying to help a buddy move stuff. I was approached by two dudes that I thought were homeless at first, but they said they were security. They told me people were selling drugs in the area and they were concerned for their grandma who manages the place. He ended up calling his grandma who was very nice and offered to let me come inside and wait for my friend. The one guy then asked me if I was a cop because my cousins van has dark tint. I felt like I was 12 again and it was the first time I bought weed. Anyway, ended up being nice guys. They should have some uniforms or something though..or at least be willing to tell you their names. Some lady was throwing rocks into the street at cars too. I left really confused and my buddy sent me the wrong address anyway. I’d probably go back though…??”

“I usually rent the cargo vans, for work, clean up or whatever. This time they didn’t have a van for me, so I went with a pickup truck, it was brand new, a Silverado less than 300miles. That’s a beautiful vehicle and a wonderful couple days we spent, lol. I went a “little bit” over my projected mileage. Seriously, I’ve used U-Haul quite a bit in the last couple of years, to me they are a no brainer to budget in everytime I need a van. Always clean and reliable. I say Thanks to them.”
