Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Have been lied to multiple times about the process of renting a car while my car (under warranty) is being fixed. The service manager (Ratha San) unethically lied about the rental car process and told me the complete opposite of what Kia's Consumer Affairs told me. Repeatedly I have been dismissed and my calls avoided.Additionally, Tim in the service department treated me like garbage and lacks even an ounce of customer service skills.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable, efficient, and honest shop.If you need a Kia dealership, go to Fred Beans in Mechanicsburg.

I had a fantastic experience at Turner Kia. The staff was friendly. My salesmen Storm Sledgehammer made sure I obtained the vehicle I was looking for. He was very polite and patient through the whole process. The financing process was smooth and easy , and I never felt pressured. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

Timothy from Turner Kia was very professional while dealing with him. He was honest and made everything go smoothly. My daughter's car broke down and had to get towed to the dealership. I live in New york so I was only able to conduct everything over the phone. He was able to explain everything to me and told me what the step by step procedure would be. My daughter came in when the car was ready and was able to do everything.

We found the car we wanted online and submitted the request for more information which was quickly followed by a call text and email response for who I can talk to. When I had time, I called back and was quickly put in contact with them and they answered only some of my questions because when we got off the phone, they went and got the answers for the rest of them and called back. Over the next couple days I was able to work with them over the phone to discuss the entire car and all finance details. They don't normally like to do that last part but since I live a couple hours away from the dealership, it was mostly necessary. They gave me full details of whatever I asked for without any commitment and even went as far as to be honest about why they had the car for so long. We got to the final price discussion and had reviewed everything. They were patient when I said I needed to converse with my family before purchase and all of that. This was still over the phone. We finally decided it was the car we wanted and we're able to fill out the application remotely, able to submit documents to our sales person and everything, all before the Saturday we went up to get it. Once we got finances approved, we drove up there, test drove, met the staff, and was gone within an hour. They were kind and patient (we had our children) and just had a great experience. I'm glad we drove up there, I'm glad it was them we dealt with and I'd happily drive there again for another purchase.

Worst mistake I’ve ever made was taking my vehicle to Turner Kia for a repair. They’ve currently had my car for 2 months now and refuse to give me a service date for a new engine that’s covered under warranty, despite telling me the engine is already there and that vehicles will be completed in the order that the engine arrives. When they do contact me, which is rare, I get the run around that it’s going to be more time and my car has been pushed back even further. They told me to expect ANOTHER 2-3 months and still will not give me a scheduled service date. The service manager seems to think this is reasonable and his only skill is talking over people to try and prove a point. I wish I could give them zero stars, but I’ll give them at least one star to warn people about going there. DO NOT GO TO TURNER KIA.

Keith did a great job with setting us up with a test drive in teh K5. They did not have the options in the K5 GT we were looking for in stock but they found us exactly what we were looking for and had it ready for us to purchase in no time. Keith responded to every text I sent him right away. They beat the competition in price and gave us the best trade in value. Communication and follow through was great. I would not go anywhere else for a KIA.

Took KIA Soul in with 107,000 miles on for safety recall. Noted that rear center brake light was not working. The mechanic found a broken wire where it rubbed the metal in back left corner of car/not properly secured wiring harness. The fix should have been a $5.00 repair for wire connectors and a piece of wire.The shop wanted to replace the whole wiring harness at a cost of $409.00 plus hours of labor.Told the person who contacted me about the broken wire to leave the panel off and I would repair it, when I picked up the car it was all closed up and not repaired.Along with the service I issued to have tech go over car for possible trade in. I had to return the vehicle to have this done.Very disappointed ?
