My hair looks exactly like it did before I went in. Maybe washed and styled but since I paid good money I should get what I pay for. I'm very upset. I felt taken for. I was so excited to have my hair done. PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS ONLY! I don't know what others think but I do not recommend it. 1st picture is after, 2nd is before. I don't see a color change or HIGHLIGHTS! Wish I never went there. ?

I set up an appointment for ears piercing for my 4 month old baby on the app and on the app it says they do ears piercings for infants too 3 month old and up. I went in for my appointment at 4:30pm. I was told nobody wanted to do it and they don’t do ear piercings for infants. Was it racial profiling? Who knows. Nobody at Ulta wanted to pierce my black mixed baby ears. I know people who gotten their infant ears pierced here. Also if Ulta doesn’t do ear piercings for infants maybe you guys so stop advertising it that you guys do. Also, there should be an option on the app when someone books an ear piercing appointment for infants or adults.

Ulta has a good selection of products and the employees have always been nice, but the reason for my review is the excellent customer service from Melody. She was working the check out counter by herself, using two registers to keep everyone moving along quickly, and she was smiling and pleasant the whole time.

The indian lady with glasses in customer service at store seems rude . Avoid at all cost. When I entered the store and asked about a fragrance she looked in a don’t bother me mood . She said they are all over the store you can look . Usually people say which brand are you looking for but this employee wanted to move on asap. Next I came to pick up an Item and she said I’ll be right there after a customer . 10 customers later and I’m still standing until the other lady with glasses who was much more professional and friendlier took my information for the pickup . Overall experience was sour as a result

I had originally written a very poor review for this location because everytime I went there, I had some kind of issue. However, I'm revising my review now because we went on black Friday of this year with some friends (I hadnt been shopping here for over a year due to the previous issues) and ended up with the manager's assistance (purely by coincidence) and he was amazing! He fixed all the issues I'd been having with my account right there in the store and recommended some really great products that I've come to love. He provided exceptional customer service on what is likely the busiest day of the year for them. He turned my 1 star review into a 5 star and I now plan to return to Ulta for my products in the future.

Update: After my appointment I washed and straightend my hair and found that my hair was SEVERELY uneven. I complained to management and they took it very seriously and scheduled me to come back to fix for free. I was able to meet with another stylist who was very nice and did her absolute best to fix, and I am much happier with my hair. However, I did find out that the stylist Rachael W charged me for 2 blowout services when she shouldn't have, on top of giving me an uneven cut. I don't like to accuse, but I cannot help to think this was done on purpose. She was annoyed with her previous client, and then became a little combatant with me during my cut about technical haircutting terms/methods so much so that I just stopped chit chatting with her.Again, I appreciated management and the stylist that fixed my hair, but would definitely steer clear of booking with Rachael W.PreviousThe employees were all very nice, and our hair looked good,, but there needs to be more transparency with the salon pricing. I booked an appointment online and the price stated about $60 for a haircut. However when we went to check out I noticed we had an additional $20 charge for drying my hair, without ever being told so. When I questioned this additional charge they said that was typical for the styling. I asked what the alternative would be,, and was basically told you'd leave with damp hair. So this is just a polished Cost Cutters.Maybe I am old school, but $60 is already steep for a simple haircut and it should come with the styling. My biggest concern was that the haircuts immediately lead into the blow drying, there was never any mention of "hey this'll cost more". Just felt like a money grab.

I always have a great experience here! Daymar always helps me and finds what I need. And she always makes sure she answers all my questions on products. It's very clean here, bright atmosphere.

We took our 13 year old daughter in for a makeup lesson and it was a great experience! She is new to makeup and this was a perfect way for her to learn about products and techniques, and our technician was super patient and helpful! Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to provide friendly service. We will be back!
